I admire how she isn't afraid to show her real self. Most of these celebrities only show the glamorous lifestyle they live in. She literally isn't afraid to show that her brain was fried at some point in her life. So to see this and realise how she is one of us is so comforting. And the way how she has always talked outloud bout mental health, against racism and corruption etc deserved to be praised. I genuinely admire her.

"She had everything and she was still broken." She just kept moving forward and is so much better. She's not perfect but she's mentally stronger and takes life one day at a time and let's the BS go. I feel hopeful now that my mental health is now my number one priority. Being bi polar I wouldn't wish this on anyone it's like you have multiple personalities and your mind never shuts down .I usually read to relax myself .
The journalist definitely was inexperienced or like Selena states, she didn't give a care and was there because it was her job! She asked the best question. And Selena answered it. But the idiot journalist? Should've asked another question so that Selena could've elaborated more on the subject. Because you can tell, by her reaction she was disappointed and irritated that she didn't. And that's why Selena reacted that way. I would've done the same. Here Selena was, on this platform that she had and so many watching. It could've helped someone, or many. This documentary is so personal and raw. I am so proud of SEL. She was afraid to be so vulnerable and put it all out there but she knew it would help many. And as she always has been, selfless, kind and went ahead and made this documentary. It's cathartic. There are thousands if not millions of people in the world who struggle with depression and severe anxiety and our living in poverty with no joy whatsoever in their lives and there is no one to ask them and gives a shit about their mental health and wellbeing but they still show up to their jobs and live life without acting like cry baby and victim and treat people with kindness. Selena is living the best possible life that a human being can live money, fame, freedom, loving fans, family, respect what more do you want. Instead of acting like a narcistic victim and crybaby if she would have put half of that effort in developing her voice she could sing without autotune live by now.
