VEVOR 25.5' Pole Saw Review

I review the VEVOR 25.5' Pole Saw. One of the assembly parts was damaged, but I was able to successfly assemble the saw.

That is terrible customer service. They should have sent you a new saw immediately and you return the defective one. Should have been no more than two weeks tops to get it resolved. You have the patience of a Saint. God bless you sir.

i cant find this version of the vevor pole saw..all i see is the 26' footer that has more shaft pieces and joints which makes it flimsier

Hmmm, maybe no longer available. I would think more joints might make it flex less but be heavier.

Unfortunately the sectikn locks don't hold the sections tight when sawing. They go in and out making it impossible to saw branches. Customer service is a joke, said they would send parts from China. After a couple of weeks I received a bag with some plastic parts for one lock without instructions. There are 3 or 4 locks that don't hold. Customer service was unable to assist with instructions or other parts. Total waste of time. Read and believe the bad reviews, they're accurate!
