    6 hake fillets.
    Salt and pepper for taste.
    2 tsp six gun spice/spice for fish.
    1 tsp curry powder.
    1 spoon mixed herbs.
    1 cup all purpose flour.
    1/2 cup milk.
    4 eggs.
    Enough oil for frying.

    Thanks Thato, your recipes are all so simple and easy to follow , yet the taste is always on point! Just a few quick questions on this one, What temperature should my stove be on? Also , does the hake need to be fully covered by the oil while cooking? Lastly is there a way to do it without eggs ?(I don't eat eggs).

      You stove should be on medium heat, just make sure that when you start frying your oil will be warm enough.
      The hake doesn't need to be covered all the way through, however make sure you use enough oil because if oil isn't enough the flour will burn.
      You can definitely do it without eggs, you can use milk instead. Something liquid helps with coating the hake properly. ❤️

      Remove the scales first, then the small bones on the sides, once removed you open the fish on one side/both sides and take out the fish bone.
