If you ever get stuck wondering a cruise ship in the wee hours listen very carefully you'll be able to hear the sounds of the crew partying somewhere in the nether regions of the ship. As soon as they tuck the patrons in for the night they have the most amazing parties.

hi garrett! if you'd like to feed birds in the future i'd recommend carrying around a small bag of bird seed instead! bread for birds is essentially junk food for them, and has little nutritional value! you would make a little bird very happy if you pulled out a handful of seeds of which it could fill its little tummy with :)

Garrett this was simultaneously the most hilarious AND wholesome installment from your side channel thus far in my humble little opinion! I could comment on so much, but most importantly I want to commend you for opening up about how you feel towards casinos. It doesn't make you lame or weird or anything, your decision to firmly stay away from them after a negative experience takes a lot of maturity, bravery, and self awareness to know you shouldn't be putting yourself in vulnerable scenarios that could make you spiral again! I've been lucky enough in my life to travel to a lot of countries, but I'm greatly looking forward to my eventual trip to New Zealand and Japan! On a more achievable note, the country I'd want to visit most is Wales for all the rich culture and history; as an medieval scholar its something that means a lot to me personally. That being said I want to return to Georgia (the country) since I was adopted out of there during the war(s) and haven't been back since! The world is full of so many beautiful places, it can range from someone's backyard to a castle on the other side of the planet but its all just as wonderful to me :)

I have multiple sclerosis, which means i unfortunately spend way too much time in Dr's offices and hospitals, so i try to surround myself with comforting things or things that bring me joy. Your videos are one of those things, so thank you for that.

As long as you talk about things that you’re excited about that’s what makes it interesting to watch/learn about it from you, seriously! Anyway, my fave place to visit is any Mountain or Coastal town in Mexico that’s not too frequented by big tourism (like, there’s still tourism just not the luxury resort corporate sponsored tourism vibe ifykyk) Guanajuato was AMAZING! Also - I totally want to visit Ireland and Japan too those are both next on my list.

It may not sound particularly exciting, but I think my favorite place I've ever visited is Idaho Springs, Colorado! Where I'm from, land is completely flat and I'd never seen real mountains before, so every time I reached the summit of a hike, I cried at how beautiful the view was because I'd just never seen anything like it. Mountains as far as the eye could see. I felt like I was living in a Bob Ross painting and I think of it often with deep fondness and nostalgia.
AAAAWWWW I also love Idaho Springs! I lived in Clear Creek County for the first year I lived in Colorado before relocating to Summit County, but Idaho Springs is an awesome little town.

Omg I love this!! I've always said that Garrett is the physical version of what my brain is!! I got diagnosed with severe ADHD over 5 years ago after I was well into my thirties and just having the diagnosis changed everything!! I would get frustrated the same as you but now knowing that my brain is different than others really helped me calm down!! Well that and medication!! Hahaha!! Just know you have people who understand and support what you go through!! 🤗😁🥰
Omg Garrett. My favourite place I have EVER visited is Marrakech. Itself and the culture is BEAUTIFUL. So many stray animals too, dogs and cats the lot. I actually got mugged there, and would still go back in a heartbeat. If you go, please take me with you!
THE NORWEGIAN DAWN IS HAUNTED?! WHAT?! I've sailed Norwegian (Star, Gem and recently Getaway) but I've never heard anybody mention one of the ships to be haunted! 😮 I had to immediately write this before I continued watching! I'm so shocked!
My favorite place I’ve ever visited was London & Scotland. In London you can visit the real set they shot Harry Potter on, it’s like an entire tour and amusement park inside you can buy food and wands and take pictures. Cambridge was also such an adorable little town with real authentic Italian foods and breakfasts ♥️ I’m Italian and Irish so it was amazing. Scotland has haunted ghost tours you can do at night and those are AMAZING. Highly recommend you go, I’d love to see a video on that.

The inside of a casino is exactly like the inside of my brain. There are no windows but there's lots of flashing lights and happy sounds and tempting shiny things, but the carpet is either too plush or all worn down so you can never be comfortable, the lights are too bright and they never turn off, there's nowhere to get away from everything and just relax, and none of it can QUIIITE cover up the cloying sadness that pervades the entire floor. And even though you do get a payout now and then, in the end you never actually win.

Hey Garrett! I hope we kept you company during your scary boat night. I have been in a similar situation in a hotel when my friends were too asleep to wake up. I also ended up reading in the bathroom. This is why I always have water and a book on me when I travel. My favourite places that I have been are probably in the wild forests of the UK (and the stone circles) And also the forests and rivers and waterfalls in Washington State where I live now =) Oh and Masada, the ancient fortress. It is up scary high though, I had to close my eyes on the gondola up. Love you!

My favorite place I’ve gone to is the Scottish highlands - the mountains and glens and little towns are so serene and beautiful - and even though Loch Ness is so commercialized, going there to see people just sit at the edge of the water, having come from all over to see a little lake where there may or may not be a little monster, is one of the sweetest feelings I’ve ever had.

As long as you talk about things that you’re excited about that’s what makes it interesting to watch/learn about it from you, seriously! Anyway, my fave place to visit is any Mountain or Coastal town in Mexico that’s not too frequented by big tourism (like, there’s still tourism just not the luxury resort corporate sponsored tourism vibe ifykyk) Guanajuato was AMAZING! Also - I totally want to visit Ireland and Japan too those are both next on my list.

Please consider other more natural options like birdseed, fruits, nut butters, etc.

It may not sound particularly exciting, but I think my favorite place I've ever visited is Idaho Springs, Colorado! Where I'm from, land is completely flat and I'd never seen real mountains before, so every time I reached the summit of a hike, I cried at how beautiful the view was because I'd just never seen anything like it. Mountains as far as the eye could see. I felt like I was living in a Bob Ross painting and I think of it often with deep fondness and nostalgia.
AAAAWWWW I also love Idaho Springs! I lived in Clear Creek County for the first year I lived in Colorado before relocating to Summit County, but Idaho Springs is an awesome little town.
Garrett you literally make me few so good about the way my brain works, I totally understand all the little collections, the memories of silly little moments, nick nacks and an ever changing train of thought ❤ sometimes I get frustrated at myself but, seeing how happy you make yourself and others with small acts of kindness, makes me feel lucky to have a train of thought that derails constantly ❤
Omg I love this!! I've always said that Garrett is the physical version of what my brain is!! I got diagnosed with severe ADHD over 5 years ago after I was well into my thirties and just having the diagnosis changed everything!! I would get frustrated the same as you but now knowing that my brain is different than others really helped me calm down!! Well that and medication!! Hahaha!! Just know you have people who understand and support what you go through!! 🤗😁🥰
Omg Garrett. My favourite place I have EVER visited is Marrakech. Itself and the culture is BEAUTIFUL. So many stray animals too, dogs and cats the lot. I actually got mugged there, and would still go back in a heartbeat. If you go, please take me with you!

My favorite place I’ve ever visited was London & Scotland. In London you can visit the real set they shot Harry Potter on, it’s like an entire tour and amusement park inside you can buy food and wands and take pictures. Cambridge was also such an adorable little town with real authentic Italian foods and breakfasts ♥️ I’m Italian and Irish so it was amazing. Scotland has haunted ghost tours you can do at night and those are AMAZING. Highly recommend you go, I’d love to see a video on that.

The inside of a casino is exactly like the inside of my brain. There are no windows but there's lots of flashing lights and happy sounds and tempting shiny things, but the carpet is either too plush or all worn down so you can never be comfortable, the lights are too bright and they never turn off, there's nowhere to get away from everything and just relax, and none of it can QUIIITE cover up the cloying sadness that pervades the entire floor. And even though you do get a payout now and then, in the end you never actually win.
Garrett I just had an amazing idea. I know you've been on the Queen Mary with Shane before but doing your own video on it with Andrew would be insane. Orrrr you could come visit Texas and come to Goatman's bridge! I can show you the sacrificial alter across the street from it too!
I’ve been self conscious about my obsession with pigeons in London when I was 12. my siblings made fun of me and I had ROLLS of film of photos of pigeons… so thank you for chasing and feeding random birds in Europe!

Hey Garrett! I hope we kept you company during your scary boat night. I have been in a similar situation in a hotel when my friends were too asleep to wake up. I also ended up reading in the bathroom. This is why I always have water and a book on me when I travel.
My favourite places that I have been are probably in the wild forests of the UK (and the stone circles)
And also the forests and rivers and waterfalls in Washington State where I live now =)
Oh and Masada, the ancient fortress. It is up scary high though, I had to close my eyes on the gondola up.

Absolutely loved this, so real. My favorite place I’ve gone to is the Scottish highlands - the mountains and glens and little towns are so serene and beautiful - and even though Loch Ness is so commercialized, going there to see people just sit at the edge of the water, having come from all over to see a little lake where there may or may not be a little monster, is one of the sweetest feelings I’ve ever had.
I did the North Coast 500 a few years ago and it was absolutely magical. Easily one of the best travel experiences 😍
