I hate to sound very bias, but the new Halloween trilogy will never match the original. Even though lots of sequels have followed the 1978 original, the only one I favor is the 1981 installment. Jamie Lee Curtis was perhaps the original scream queen as Laurie Strode; the apple didn't fall far from the tree as she is the daughter of Janet Leigh, who appeared in such movies like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. She reprised the role in the sequel, then in H20, and Ressurection. Seeing her return as a more mature though haunted Laurie is a magnificent thing. Lots of actors have portrayed The Shape over the years, but no matter what film he is in, Michael Myers embodies PURE EVIL. Never saying a word, emotionless, only focused on killing without remorse. Whenever you hear the franchise's music or his theme song, it's a chiller. Easily one of cinema's darkest and most original musical pieces.
It's explained in a comic book tie-in that Michael Myers was born on October 30th, just before midnight. The baby was stillborn, but mysteriously came alive just after midnight on Halloween. Some say that evil spirits visit the Earth on All Hallow's Eve, and perhaps, one found a way to stay.

Every slasher film has a story, a background (some kind of Lore) , of why they became who they are(Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, Chucky, Leprechaun ETC….don’t get me wrong I love all the slasher movies but Michael Myers is my all time Favorite) What makes Michael Myers the most terrifying slasher villain is the Unknown. It will always be the original ‘78 for me 🐐🔥🔥, I definitely can see why part 2 in ‘81 is a lot of people’s choice tho. 4 was a good movie but deserved a better theme, 5 is really slept on but definitely behind the 2 in 78 & 81, it gives us the beat like back in the days at school with the two pencils beating on the desk 😂😂. They screwed 6 over for sure but I see it was suppose to hit on the cult type vibe so yeaaa ehhh! Halloween 2 1980, Halloween 2 2009 and Halloween Kills are my favourites. Original Halloween 2 theme sounds so intimidating, 2009 Halloween theme sounds broken and unhinged and Halloween Kills theme sounds haunting
this is my opinion but I don't like 2009 halloween 2 its really bad kills is underrated and goofy at best Halloween 2 1981 is Good Choice tho
John was way ahead of his time
Sheriff Ben Meeker the best cop in the whole series hands down
Make more these are 🔥
thanks Mr Sandman for this all
The sound of Halloween 2 is the best of all. Something creepy inside. Also the best movie
Yeah Halloween 2 has the best theme ,… it’s more dark and sinister
It fascinates me what each actor brings to the role of Michael Myers. It might seem like nothing but they have to convey that violent yet emotionless predatorial physiognomy without saying a word!
In loving memory Donald Pleasence ❤ RIP Michael‘s doctor..
Kills theme is highly underrated. favorite is still the OG and 2018 tho
My personal ranking for themes would be:
1.) Halloween(1978)
2.) Halloween 6/ Producers cut
3.) Halloween 4
4.) Halloween(2018)
5.) Halloween 2
6.) Halloween Kills
7.) Halloween 5
8.) Halloween Ends
9.) Halloween H20
10.) Halloween Resurrection
11.) Halloween (2007)
12.) Halloween (2009)
Yeah Dr Loomes hits the floor. Papa is coming! Run! 😂😂😂🎉
H20’s theme sounded like Danny Elfman made it, and I love it lol 😂
This is awesome. You can definitely tell when Michael Marissa is coming.
I am a big fan of the Halloween film series in general. I love the hell out of the theme.❤👍👍
Halloween night 1963
In Haddonfield Illinois there would be
A gruesome case of sibling rivalry
Between kids in the Myers family
When Michael a six year old leisurely
Walked into his sisters room silently
And butchered her body so violently
He left for a mental facility
And when the state hospital deputy
Relaxed the maximum security
Then Michael would stop waiting patiently
For another chance at a murder spree
His doctor Sam Loomis tried legally
To put him away for eternity
Said "my patient has no humanity"
But others did not exactly agree
They said "Michael was the epitome
of the ideal patients' activity
No crying no talking no moving
He would just sit and stare absent-mindedly
Yet 15 years later he wandered free
By breaking out from his captivity
Now all he had left to do was to flee
Back to his old peaceful community
Where his house was sold by strode realty
Whose daughter became an inevitably
The subject of all his hostility
A true Michael Myers authority
Who has the uncanny proclivity
To suffer no serious injury
While friends who are in her vicinity
Without they'll become a casualty
They fall victim to his insanity
They're strangled and mangled creatively
They're grabbed and then stabbed hard repeatedly
They're decapitated so easily
You'd think He'd get bored from monotony
He kills each one individually
Employing equal opportunity
Its quality versus more quantity
He'd re-live a childhood memory
To the best of his own ability
But there would not be much difficulty
Since he seems to have no mortality
Or reason or conscience entirely
Devoid of any personality
His sense of life and death and good
and evil seemed extremely rudimentary
The boogie-man's responsibility
Is to maintain the notoriety
Of death as an impossibility
Or fade slowly into obscurity
But you are one miracle prodigy
You've given this killer the third degree
You vanquished the evil amazingly
Ignored all your bothersome OCD
To check up on his heart accordingly
So while he is lying there lifelessly
While you are still breathing so heavily
You sit there and thank god that finally
"It's over it's done with" and luckily
You planned each potential contingency
You blinded his eyes temporarily
You drove that knife through his chest cavity
You shot him in every extremity
You forced him right off of the balcony
There's no way in hell that he'd possibly
Get up and walk right off your property!
That stuff only happens on the T.V.
So you'll be safe in police custody
He'll quickly make a positive I.D
Of Michaels cold twisted anatomy
You'll garter the neighborhoods sympathy
And after a good deal of therapy
You'll be back in touch with reality
And understand why philosophically
The apple does not fall far from the tree
When creating our own worst enemy
I was eight years old I saw Halloween Movie first time with my brother.. Halloween is a Masterpiece❤
Yeeaaahh, it's Halloween Killer Time!
Halloween 1 & 2 🗿🔥
Im lovin it
1978 is my favorite

You're welcome ^^
Actually the Halloween 4 theme used here is the Halloween 5 theme
Nope it's a different version
In halloween end suppose we can see and hear his last breath or speak to laurie Happy halloween little laurie
I need a mashup of Halloween 1 and 2 with the main riff of Halloween 1, but the deep organs of Halloween 2.
Yeeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhh! 🤘🏾🎃🤘🏾
Perfect, Michael Myers ♥️🤗
Halloween is my favorite horror movie of all time I watch it every year.
Happy 45 anniversary to the original Halloween movie!
nice video
Thanks ^^
h2 theme will always be my top favorite 3:57
1978 and Halloween II gotta be my favorite
It will always be the original ‘78 for me 🐐🔥🔥, I definitely can see why part 2 in ‘81 is a lot of people’s choice tho. 4 was a good movie but deserved a better theme, 5 is really slept on but definitely behind the 2 in 78 & 81, it gives us the beat like back in the days at school with the two pencils beating on the desk 😂😂. They screwed 6 over for sure but I see it was suppose to hit on the cult type vibe so yeaaa ehhh! H20 was more like bringing us back from the past to the future but it was alright, HR could’ve been a bit more evil for us (fan heads) cause we really wasn’t feeling it like that. (The theme, not the movie)
I’m not a rob zombie fan, it was always team John Carpenter ❗️However, zombie’s films were actually great.
I appreciate the new movies but the old sequels were always it and could’ve been left alone but us fan heads still appreciate them 💯 ‘18,’21,’22 still great movies to bring us to the end of an old iconic 44 year era 🥲
My favorite slasher of all time, Michael Audrey Myers 🐐🔪
R.I.P Donald Pleasance 🙏🏾, It’ll Always Be “The Night He Came Home”
🎃RIP Sam Loomis
I love Michael myers his the Best for real on hit
So good……
