It's so sad how the affair has made her lose her self-esteem. She was legit justifying her husband sending the woman he cheated with flowers. His wife was not top of mind of him, the other woman was. After she forgave them for cheating, he should be steering clear of the best friend and only communicating with her because she is arou d to hang out with the wife. They shouldnt be comminicating outside the wife . And then for him to send her flowers... Even if hes not cheating, hes making poor decisions over and over and over again. If it was innocent he would have said "we" are hoping and told his wife he sent flowers from both of them as a couple - of course the history makes that ENTIRELY inappropriate which is why he did it behind the wife's back... duhhhhh.
