    Love watching Pam's videos. She makes baking/cooking look so easy. Some of that is her calm demeanor. "A little bit of chaos" describes my cooking technique to a tee. Have made several of her creations and they have all turned out. Will make the scones since they harken back to my Scots heritage. Thanks

    You don’t tell amounts for baking powder, cream, maple extract!!!

      Hi Janet, if you touch the arrow to the right, just under the video, the recipe will drop down. I don’t always mention all the amounts because most people prefer to look at the recipe once they’ve watched the video. I think it’s just easier that way.
