Being a Psychologist I would like to highlight some points:
1. These are all addiction patients having severe defensive machanism you can't trust what they are saying. So anchor should learn first about the treatment plan of addiction center.
2. If patients are giving physical torture, it must be varified by camaras or with proper evidence rather to listen the patients.
3. Why the hell they don't confirm it with there parents, who send them here they will explain to media how disturb they are from addiction patients. To get drugs addicted patients can go beyond the level of morality ethics religious and state of law limitations.
At the end where is part 3 it must be conclude in office through proper discussion, this seems that anchor and police can here to spoil the repotation.

From the speech of almost all these patients it seems they don't sound like Heroin addicts. Heroin addicts talk too much not too less.
From what i believe is these individuals are given Medicines for schizophrenia and possibly angel dust. Both drugs make your speech blur and make you very slow.
