Whenever I want to prepare a delicious meal especially something that doesn’t take too long AND ingredients I probably have in the house I go to you Caitlin. I made the spinach and artichoke casserole tonight. Amazing!!!
I made the spinach & artichoke casserole this week. It blew my mind! To be comprised of simple, uncomplicated ingredients, it was incredibly full of flavor. So creamy and tangy! I plan to make it again at the start of next week. :)
I feels like white beans are underrated somehow😂 All the recipe looks amazing and easy! I'm surprised I don't have to cook rice separately, which makes the recipe super helpful! Less dishes is always great💕Thank you for the great recipes!
I love me some beans! These were fantastic looking recipe ideas that I haven't seen or thought of. I'm looking forward to trying them all! Thanks, Caitlin!
I love these recipes, and I love beans! If I could suggest something for a future video? Cold bean salads! Any/all beans. I've swapped out some pasta/potato salads (with vinaigrette dressing) with beans and they've been a Hit...so far...Thank You for the video.
I made the Spinach & Artichoke Casserole today and I have to admit, I wasn't super excited about this recipe when I startet. Even a bit sceptical, but my spinach and vegan cheese were about to go bad, I had a glass of artichokes for month in my pantry and the right amount auf whole grain rise left. So I thought: let's give it a try... and WOW, I was super surprised by how well it turned out (and I even used too much water by mistake). Very tasty & easy. Will do it again...with less water though. Thanks Caitlin!!
I love your recipe videos and would love to see more on the theme of versatility when it comes to making things like white beans work in multiple ways.
I get beans when I get Escarole at the pizzeria! I don’t ask for them but since they put the beans in the escarole with the ziti, I take it at times for the protein😀 I did a review that Escarole on my channel👍🏻 It was tasted good😋 great vlog by the way✌🏻
Love beans so much. Def going to try these recipes. My fav way of eating white beans are marinated with spices. Lupins are another fav beans that dont get much attention, idw but the obes you get in a brine taste like cheese. 🌱
Do you think you could replace the jackfruit with soy curls? Would love some recipes using soy curls. Just bought 6 bags of them. Love your videos and your story. Just found you. I have been a long time vegan and you are very inspiring and knowledgeable. Thank you for putting your knowledge out there.❤️
This is so freaky. I bought dry white beans last week because I remembered liking them when my grandma would make them and also because I saw a pasta sauce recipe that was white bean based. Now I know what else to try. Thanks! ❤
Great video as always!! I will be making that rice casserole. Can I make a suggestion? I love the angle of the camera and I know why you put it there but I must say the in and out of focus gives me a dizzy feeling maybe a different angle? All love!! ❤️❤️
Such a great video concept to take an ingredient and make different delicious recipes using it! Definitely make more of these! I have never tried such a chilli before so I will happily give it a go! Especially I have never used jackfruit either :D Also, I have to finally try one of your dump and bake casseroles as they seem SO SO easy! I love recipes which little effort and lots of flavor However, I often make legume (bean, chickpea, lentil, pea etc) dips as you can literally make them any style, thickness or spice! Anyways, sending you lots of love! I hope you are doing fine and making the most of this weird time!
Hey Caitlin. It's always good to see what you've been up to. Can you make one Yoga or exercise video? I've been trying to stay fit and do abs workout but with this pandemic situation ,can't go to gym.
Really wanna try the spinach & artichoke casserole! Would it be okay to melt some vegan cheese shreds in the liquid since I don't have access to nutritional yeast right now? Also would brown rice work too? Can't wait to try it, thanks for the inspo, you are amazing!
I checked your blog post...can you please give me the brand of your tahini?? I can’t find it and I desperately need to find a better brand! Thank you!! 💚
There is evidence that aluminum foil is not safe to use with food. The parchment paper keeps the foil from the food, and you can still seal it with the foil.
Not to be “that guy” but so many of your “dump and go” casseroles require something to be cooked prior to being added to the dish. That is not a dump and go casserole
Love that you used tahini and water, rather than drizzling oil! I will definitely try this, looks delish!
we out here drooling
Been following you for years and you've inspired me to become vegan with all of your recipes. Thank you for all of your content!
Congrats on going vegan
@@MakeItDairyFree thank you so much!

Whenever I want to prepare a delicious meal especially something that doesn’t take too long AND ingredients I probably have in the house I go to you Caitlin. I made the spinach and artichoke casserole tonight. Amazing!!!
That bean "hummus" with lentil noodles for the ultimate protein pasta!
I completely agree to switch up the types if you're bored. I absolutely love white beans though. I definitely want to try that dip
me too! I think they have the most neutral flavor + are the creamiest :)
@@CaitlinShoemaker yup, they are perfect for dip and stuff. We make a nacho cheese with It and it's shocking amazing LOL
i loved the aesthetic of how you placed the ingredients of the 2nd recipe in that dish😁

I really missed these overhead Recipe videos. They all look great!
I think I will go with the casserole as number 1. Love throwing things together and creating magic meals.
Ok literally all of this looks so delicious. You always post the best stuff. I can't wait to try one of the dump and bake casseroles soon!
Hey Caitlin! The first recipe started off with the text saying Vegan Sesame Chicken btw!! You should fix that :)
@1:15
I cannot wait to make them. I cook a lot, I can tell they will be AMAZING! Thank you very much.
Girl, I am fasting right now and this is making my mouth watering...Imm gonna make one of these in breakfast thaaaaaaks a bunch!!💕

The dump and bake recipes are the best,! Keep me coming please,
I will definitely make the bean casserole since I have all those ingredients in my pantry and it looks yummy.
💗the tip to use parchment paper under foil...
I love me some beans! These were fantastic looking recipe ideas that I haven't seen or thought of. I'm looking forward to trying them all! Thanks, Caitlin!
Who disliked this video! 😤... meet me outside ! Caitlin rocks 🌱💜👍🏻
Maybe the two people are allergic to white beans
@@azaleakatzenberger8162 There's now 7 dislikes and some maybe from those who have allergies to them but some will probably come from anti vegans.
Only 8 dislikes is the best I've ever seen for yt videos with this amount of views. She's rocking it.
Anti-fartists?

recently started making strawberry milkshakes with white beans. tastes incredible, it's so creamy and you don't taste the beans at all.

All the recipes look absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to try them! 🧡
I really appreciated this because I didn’t really know what to do with white beans! And I’m not using them much. So thanks!!!
All of these look very yummy and easy to whip up! Thank you. I can’t wait to try them!
White beans are my all time favourite, I usually use them for making hummus because they are so buttery, looking forward to your next video😃🙃
White beans are my favorite. So versatile, and such a great flavor :)
I love your recipe videos and would love to see more on the theme of versatility when it comes to making things like white beans work in multiple ways.

That hummus looks soo good
I made this hummus, it was quick, easy and VERY good. Will be making it a lot more 🖤
Ty so much

I think that'd work even better!
OMG I need to make all of these recipes ASAP
Hi Caitlin they all look amazing but I think we're gonna try the casserole that really looks yummy.❤
I just made a large pot of white beans!!! Couldn’t come in a better time 😊
Wow your Food recipes and videos are so amazing!! Thanks for sharing😍😍😍
Good white bean recipes.
Awesome, Caitlin! Love beans, will give this a try!
Love all your recipes!!!
this is magical
I accidentally opened a can of northern white beans instead of garbanzo beans yesterday, so the timing was great!
haha how perfect!
no way me too! except cannelini beans!
Love white beans! Definitely wanna try these meals!
love them all, but the casserole the best
This is so freaky. I bought dry white beans last week because I remembered liking them when my grandma would make them and also because I saw a pasta sauce recipe that was white bean based. Now I know what else to try. Thanks! ❤

Loving all the beans 😍🌿
Great ideas!!
Has someone tried making the bean hummus before? Looks amazing!

I love the taste of white beans! "Meaty", great for chili and goulash as well as for "hummus"
yay now I actually know what to cook again 😂 Thank you!! ❤️🌞
that dip tho 😋
The font overlay for the chili said "vegan sesame 'chicken'". Is there a recipe for that somewhere as well?! Sounds really good! 😃
Looove dump and bake!!! Do you have a playlist or tag for it?
I need a great casserole dish with a lid that can go into the oven, any suggestions?
Any ideas to substitute for the white rice in the 2nd recipe? Would brown rice, another whole grain, or a plant based pasta work?
Really wanna try the spinach & artichoke casserole! Would it be okay to melt some vegan cheese shreds in the liquid since I don't have access to nutritional yeast right now? Also would brown rice work too? Can't wait to try it, thanks for the inspo, you are amazing!
Chili looks amazing! I’ll get jackfruit at Trader Joe’s and make it next week :)
Hi, I was wondering where you buy your jackfruit. I buy mine for fb thrive and it doesn’t look like that!
Hey Caitlin! Where is your soup pot from? I’m in the market for a new and love the look of yours!
You are amazing, i love your videos
thank you!
Yes yes yes 😍😍😍
I checked your blog post...can you please give me the brand of your tahini?? I can’t find it and I desperately need to find a better brand! Thank you!! 💚
She mentions Soom tahini.
Kat S thank you! Just ordered some!
They all looked really good. Except one thing. I don't like Artichokes..😁☺️
How did you make your imitation “chicken” broth you poured in after the jackfruit?? I have been trying to make “chicken” and dumplings!
better than bullion makes a great one! i find it pretty strong tho so i end up halving the ratio.
Yummmmm
can't choose just one.
My meals have been pretty monotonous lately, the casserole sounds like a delicious was to shake it up!
My eye´s on the chili! ;)
I'm not a huge artichoke fan. Wonder how it would taste without it.
I think the dip would be my favourite with the casserole being a close second. Just not the biggest fan of jackfruit.
I get that! :)
I bet probably some kind of shredded oyster mushrooms would work similarly!
Does the second meal taste a lot of coconut?
I made it tonight, it was rich and creamy and delicious and did not taste like coconut at all.
Lush!!!! 💖
Where's the link for how to get the tinny taste out of the jackfruit?
İ think you should make silence vlog, no conversation🌿 loves
What's your reasoning for putting parchment paper beneath the aluminum?
There is evidence that aluminum foil is not safe to use with food. The parchment paper keeps the foil from the food, and you can still seal it with the foil.
You can also make 3 bean salad or white bean blondies! ✌
bomb
😍🌱🌿🇧🇷
I think you have to stop the auto focus because he is disturb. Is the only négative point😉
Sorry for my english but i am french😅
HERBS with an H. Not 'erbs.
Shes cute😘
vegan chicken
nice recipe, but a lot of farting!! how can i stop?
Not to be “that guy” but so many of your “dump and go” casseroles require something to be cooked prior to being added to the dish. That is not a dump and go casserole
None of what you're eating is digestible for humans and you absorbed no nutrients. I bet you had flatulence all night.
I made the Spinach Artichoke dip. Thanks! Where is the video about preparing the Jackfruit?
