I’m so in love with this guy, we’ve known each other for years, but I live in Canada and he lives in Florida. I’ve said to him that I would buy plane tickets and do everything I could for our relationship if he just gave me a chance. He said he isn’t ready for any relationships and is focusing on the marines and other things. (He just recently left for marine boot camp.) it makes me sad that he won’t even try after all I said I would do for hi but everyone says that he is just trying to save me from heart ache because he knows that right now he can’t have a relationship... still it hurts and every night I think about him like he is my boyfriend gone away for the military but in reality he is just my friend.. I’m told if it’s true love, it will all work out in the end.. but it’s just so hard. I don’t know why I’m confessing this publicly in someone’s comment section but whatever lol.
