Some fatherly advice, take some time to enjoy your family. Before you know it your son will be grown and you will be longing for those days when he was young. Hi Jim, one piece of feedback I'd offer is that while there are millions of MtG arena/modo content creators out there, yours is one of the few (maybe only) that I've seen that offers a look behind the scenes at the pro tour/testing house experience. I've found that your tournament recaps are my favorite videos that you regularly make and I especially enjoyed the mini-documentary that you produced for the last (?) pro tour of the year. I know that editing together footage like that is difficult and time consuming work but I for one would love to see even more of this "day in the life" type content, because yours is one of the only channels that is capable of providing it. Congrats and cheers to another great year 🍻
Instead of saying what I would change, my feedback is what keeps bringing me back. I think the two most important things that set you apart are your genuineness and the way you attempt to teach/explain things in a way that feels inclusive and like anyone can show up and understand. I watch a lot of Seth over at MTGGoldfish too, and his goofiness and ethusiasm are what draws me in. But it feels much more like entertainment. Here feels much more like hanging out at an LGS with someone who not only is more experienced, but also truly enjoys teaching people about getting better at both the game and life. Those teaching/mentory moments make it stand out.
As someone who has been largely disillusioned by Magic recently, I still love seeing your content and watch most of what you put out. One of the best content creators in the game and I'm looking forward to another great year.
I'm a magic zoomer (and an actual zoomer) and when I 1st started watching your content I found stuff like the soundboard a bit cringe but now I absolutely love it so I appreciate that you're leaning into it more as I think it suits your vibe really well. I personally love brewing content, I would love if we got even more Freshly Brewed. I really appreciate your thoughts on how to build a functioning deck, I really like it for my learning. If anything I want even deeper dives on stuff like manabases - which I appreciate is niche but I find very difficult otherwise. Echo the comment above on the PT content stuff. Fully appreciate the trade secrecy of the testing house but I love learning how you guys think about magic. Perhaps it would be more possible to give detailed thoughts on older PTs e.g. covering your worlds deck from last year but card by card. Have an incredible 2025 Jim.
Keep being you. You and your personality is great. You seem to have a general compassion for humanity as well as a passion for MTG which combined together make you a good person to watch.
Hey Jim, just a piece of feedback from me as I am mostly a limited player. I love watching bronze to mythic series but one thing that always bugs me a little is the staggered release dates of the episodes on you tube. IMO a limited set evolves a lot during the first month or so, and this makes it hard to watch the TH-cam videos for me because I feel like some of the information about the set is “out of date” if that makes sense. If it were only 2-3 days after the shooting of each episode, I know for me personally it would make it much easier to watch. Overall love the content and the fam, please keep up the good work!
My son turned two this year as well. It's hard to get ANYTHING done when he's awake. I'm glad you've been able to keep the routine with a toddler around. Big ups to your wife who's obviously one of the main reasons you can keep this up. Hopefully you can get Mythic in Foundations soon! Happy New York New Years fellow best stater!
Videos of you building decks would be great as well seeing the whole process sounds cool. My favorite aspect of mtg is brewing so seeing you interacting with chat building something new would have a lot of educational value
2024 was fantastic, and I can't wait for Your Deck Live in 2025...but I *really* can't wait for those Piledriver Opens. If you're reading this and you've never played in one of the community events, either the prerelease or draft night or whatever, you're *really* missing out. It's always an incredibly fun time and a true community event where a lot of us gather in voice channels while we're playing. The community is very friendly and welcoming, and we always love it when we get new members!
Absolutely phenomenal content man. One thing I would say would be for more follow ups on brews and the like. The 3 omen hawker decks were some of my favorite videos of the year and I would like more of those types
Congrats and well done on all the progress and dedication again through 2024. Always happy to support good, genuine people like you. I'm excited for new deck live! sounds like a blast - love all content where decks get dissected and discussed. I'm fairly new at magic and enjoy brewing, so any extra detail on how submitted or established decks work and why, guidelines for building, etc. would be very appreciated! Cheers, Jim.
I watch most of your content, Bronze to mythic is definitely my favorite. I love hearing pro players thought process while they draft. Its really interesting the diversity of opinion on card selection among high ranking players. Sub tourneys sounds awesome. I would love to participate in that. I think 10 new brews tend to be a little uninteresting for me. I would love to just have the 3 decks that you think are actually good or have a shot from a new set, instead of 10 lukewarm brews. A few other MTG channels I watch will do recaps on the current meta. When you are netdecking the new hotness standard deck I would love to hear your opinion on the flex slots and little tweaks made to fit the meta as that helps me understand why specific cards are good at specific times. Personally I'm not a big fan of the soundboard, but I don't hate it either, what i do dislike is when you shudder while the sexy saxophone sounds goes LOL. Love the content. Keep up the hard work.
I’m a huge fan of Explorer/Pioneer - it is the main reason why I subscribed to this channel - but I’ve found myself enjoying the standard content too, which in turn has piqued my interest in the format. Keep up the great content, but don’t forget to take care of yourself.
BTM Fan here. From what i can tell you do a lot of things right. As for feedback, i apologize in advance, i can often overthink things. I am very happy to see that "Emergency Meeting" is returning. Over the last couple seasons since it broke you would kinda mention it on occasion but there were some situations where you just didn't stop to figure out what the opponent was up to and it was the difference in games (Mostly at higher rank). Emergency Meeting was an eye opener for me as a casual player dabbling in limited and a useful tool to use in constructed. As silly as it sounds, processing your opponent's actions and potential actions makes a huge difference. Its really easy to just get caught up in the things you see in front of you, the things you know, the plans you've made since your opening hand. In that same vein, I've always enjoyed your teachable moments early in BTM seasons. One time on stream someone came on and blasted you for being egotistical and talking down to opponents in your videos. From the content creators i watch you seem to be the least agressive towards opponents, but somehow that viewer STILL got the wrong idea. I feel like a graphic like "Emergency Meeting" but like "Teachable Moments" where you kinda pause for a second and explain a mistake from an opponent could help. There are a few that are basically staples every season. - Why 16 lands? - Using combat tricks properly. - "Don't play THAT card folks." (This season it was Witness Protection.) - Proper mana curve, particularly the 2 mana slot. (Why you often chose the lesser mana card for tiebreak.) - Untapped GG ranking CHANGES based on what you've already picked. -Why we take the rare on BTM. Why we PASS rares on BTM. - Don't ask "Why not something, explain why you would have done something else." -#1 Rule of BTM: DONT GET BLOWN OUT. -I'm sure there are more i can't think of off the top of my head. I'm quite fond of the soundboard. I love how you theme it every set and it keeps it fresh. I know you expressed it being difficult to update the board for Foundations and that has likely contributed to some people feeling like it has gotten redundant. I've kind of found myself being programmed to respond, while watching, with popular phrases from the soundboard. Apart from actually having catchphrases this is a very useful tool for a type of bond forming through repetition. It's a formula that works and most people won't even realize it is part of why they come back. Classic "They Grow on You." I don't actually know where most of them come from but it would be cool if you made a video explaining the references that the staple samples come from. I would have never known "Game... Blouses" if someone didn't explain it in chat. I don't know how many other content creators you watch but you really are different. It seems like lots of creators are HYPE CRAZY. "This Deck is INSANE" "The Meta Hates This Deck" "I used this deck to get to Mythic." "Get top rank with this deck" "This tournament ready deck is UNDEFEATED!" and I watch the video and the claims are almost always oversold. I even see comments where people have crafted and tried the deck with terrable results, often accusing the creators of cherry picking games from their stream to make the deck look better. Why do i say this? Because you are a content creator we can trust. You post a video telling us what the deck is and how to pilot it, not any promise of glory. I'd love to see a series from you where you take decks from other creators and try them out, rate them compaired to how the creator "rated" them. Give us the "Real Deal" before we spend our wildcards. Maybe even suggest tweeks or improvements. As a casual player I've loved the bits of play from Nicole on the stream. It's just fun and light. There is still a certain amount of joy to the game where we are just jamming some games while you eat or put Cassian to bed. We joke about Bronze to Platinum with her but honestly i think it could be loads of fun. She has lots of personality and is comfortable in front of the camera. The more i watch the stream the more i realize she really is a huge part of all this and it would be fun to see that in YT postings somehow. Like others have noted, by the time the Midseason BTM episodes air the meta has settled. The draft experience at the time of watching is different than that of when you draft and others have said it results in "Bad Advice." I'm not sure you can really fix this, but maybe acknowledge it at some point during broadcast. The truth is we should be using Untapped GG to know the up to date information lol. But its not the people who notice these things that I'm worried about, it's the people like me who are casual and don't know any better. Hope I've explained myself properly and hope I've been able to give good feedback and constructive suggestions. Have a great day and keep up the good work!
I found you through Bronze to Mythic and that's the majority of your content I consume. My favorite part of magic is deck building which is why I love limited and edh. I really enjoyed watching you on Shuffle Up And Play too; I wouldn't mind seeing you play more edh/brawl but you are the guy I go to for 1v1 spike minded content.
I've been a long-time Magic player, but I only just this past year started watching MTG content creators. I've tried watching several different creators so far, but you're still my favorite Constructed creator. It's funny because I could see a world where your humor and soundboard, etc. rub me the wrong way, but I actually find it refreshing compared to other channels. Also I love 10 new brews because I am a Standard brewer at my core lol
Good luck in Atlanta, my guy! I wish I could have made it myself, but work calls. As far as stuff I'd like to see more, I wouldn't mind seeing more "personal" content. I get that it can be difficult because there are some lines best not crossed, but I'd love to see a "day in the life of Jim" kind of thing every few months- even working from home, a vlog-style thing of how your work days begin, the kinds of stuff you do, the errands you might need to do to get ready for events (such as the "day before" prep of going to Atlanta) just sounds really interesting to me. Appreciate your content, take care of yourself in the new year, Jim! :D
Started playing magic this year, and I feel like Bronze to Mythic has been an invaluable resource in making me a better drafter. Lots of other magic content that gets recommended to me by the yt algo is all commander. Id be interested in some more collab content with other pro tour team members talking strats and thoughts about sets or metas as someone who wants to start being more competitive in magic. I won my first draft at my LGS and my first seven wins on Arena last month and its because of you. Thanks for the content train and i hope it keeps rolling.
I'd love to see more testing and deck techs for new challenge winners (ex. Esper Pixies is hot this week). Also thoughts on competitive play (ex. These are the decks I'd take to a tournament this weekend and why, etc).
I'd like to see more Pro Tour coverage eg: share statistics as it is an open decklist tournament and there is a new standard set every like 2 month now so it is changing rapidly. You could go into certain decks what you have tried and discuss the strength/weaknesses why you have decided to (not) take it etc. You could leave out the surprise decks but many of the top tier decks are well known so sharing some details on those I would appreciate.
Keep up the good work Jim! I love your content due to approachability and fun that’s bound with it. I feel like watching a profesional entertainment show with all the sounds and effects. Moreover, you feel natural in it and don’t force too much on winning in B2M which I appreciate. There’s so much morę in the game than just end result and you seem to understand it. There are some materials where you show your competitive side of course, with the focus and tension visible. But even after these events, you’re perfectly self-aware and I love to see you analyze mistakes and successes frankly. This all makes a perfect image of MtG Professional who I enjoy to follow and support. Again, keep up the good work and all the best in 2025!
just got into magic this year and your videos have been really helpful in learning the game and getting better. you're by far my favorite mtg content creator and I always look forward to your streams. Wishing you a great 2025 and gl in Atlanta!
I've been a big fan of your content for a while. I like that you have several different lanes that I can go down depending on what I'm in the mood for....whether it be B2M (I was a big fan of pushing that to be a regular thing when you started it) or occasionally I dip over to Freshly Brewed because I like seeing "not exactly meta" decks. Realistically, the only content you don't cover that appeals to me is Brawl on arena. I know the format isn't your thing so I'm not making any requests for that kind of content. I think the content you already do put out is good and you having less irons in the fire in other places will allow you to put more time into maintaining the pretty high quality content that you already put out. I agree that continued variety of your soundboard and effects would be nice to see, so that isn't even so much of a suggestion since its already on the agenda.
Yet another comment reiterating how I was unsure about the soundboard when I started watching you back in covid, but now its a good part of the reason I keep coming back. I love seeing your personality through the obscure references (who's in charge?) or seeing you smirk at the simpsons quotes (tuck your pants into your socks and four krustys should have permanent places on the board) Keep up the good work for 2025 man!
The only thing I'd like to change is some more Standard brews! Freshly brewed is my favorite show by far. Especially in these lull times in Standard where it seems like we see the same 2 or 3 decks all the time in game. Standard is all I play and I'm not much of a brewer myself (I try but I also like to rank up sometimes lol) so interesting decks from youtube is what keeps me having fun playing :) Other than that, I'm perfectly happy with all that you produce and thank you so much for providing me hours upon hours of entertainment every week. Love ya :D
A Jim Davis tournament series Is awesome. Since WotC essentially shut Matcherino down, the comunity tournament scene has died a slow painful death and I really miss that scene. Hopefully It gets the ball rolling again.
Praise the algorithm! Would love to see more variety in the content. There has been a tendency over the last year to focus one format at a time. I understand that usually one format is the popular one.
Your content was a big factor in me getting back to MTG after...25 years. Thanks for the great times and videos/streams, I look forward to another year with you!
Really excited for your deck live. Contents been fire. Only suggestion or critique I have is it’d be nice to hear more critical thinking of yours about brews yours and others at the end of videos. I assume that’s gonna be a huge part of your deck live though so looking forward to it
My wife, who doesn't play Magic, loved your behind the scenes video from the testing house. That kind of content, even though it is time consuming to produce, may help the channel get reach outside of the magic community.
I really enjoy your insight and knowledge of the game that you bring to your content. Especially when playing deck, talking about card options, etc. Really looking forward to the "your deck" new content, taking others decks, lot of unique deck builders out there, and tweaking them a bit. Get to see more content around non meta brews. :)
Between the main channel and bronze to mythic I've watched a lot of content this year. My favorites have probably been just about anything focused on competitive standard gameplay and the testing for worlds videos.
YT only here- One thing I'd enjoy seeing more of is rebuild/revisits to decks. Similar to what you've done recently with the standard angel deck, and the freshly brewed "sol ring Planeswalker" deck. Seeing you play a deck then later revise it is cool. Similar to the "cool" factor that freshly brewed has. Freshly brewed has the "figuring things out" covered, but it would be cool to see more of what that knowledge can lead to in deck building
Have really enjoyed your content this year. I can appreciate people asking for variety, but honestly the soundboard is still super fun and a nice little creative addition to your streams. The behind the scenes stuff (pro tour, etc) has been super interesting. As a super casual person who can get salty pretty easily it's humbling to see the work ethic. Cheers and all the luck to you for a great 2025.
No complaints here Jim! More animations and sounds will be sick. It would be cool to see you try more Arena Sealed. Watching your deck building process is super interesting!
I personally play Timeless, Standard and Draft, so that's the content I watch. I'm not a big fan of Bronze To Mythic, cause I enjoy watching games against high ranked players. But overall I feel like your content is the most entertaining to watch for me. And for that to continue, you need to be in good vibes, so enjoy the time with the family and friends and relax.
I personally enjoy the same laugh track every time. Always enjoy your content. I watch you a couple hours on twitch a week and also a couple TH-cam videos a week and I never realized your bronze to mythic stuff was on another TH-cam channel. The algorithm never even recommended it to me.
Just commenting to say that I'm a big fan of your videos--you're the only MTG channel I watch. I am particularly fond of your 10 new brews series (I watch all of those whenever they are posted and then your other uploads sporadically). Hope 2025 takes you to new heights, cheers.
Bummed to hear there’s no articles. I’ve enjoyed those a lot and they’re the only mtg articles I read. Can’t say I’m too excited about the soundboard stuff but it is your vibe so I’m optimistic that it’ll turn out great. Thanks for the content! Glad you’re in the game.
I wish you and your family the best in the new year. I'll be continuing to enjoy the entertainment you provide, until WOTC finally succeeds in Ludovico-ing me into being unable to think of Magic without throwing up.
0) Great Pianos Become the Teeth shirt, and great band 1) I agree with "soundbites are a bit monotonous" feedback, so nice to hear that it'll likely change - not a deal-breaker for me but definitely takes me out of it a LITTLE bit. 2) Everything along the lines of deck "reviews" is great content we can't have enough IMO in MtG spaces, as well as everything Limited.
There’s not much to change in regard to your content; it is wonderful and one of the few YT channels I enjoy! In terms of suggestions; I’d say there’s diminishing returns on having more effects, especially like on screen ones. As people have said, the big draw is your genuine personality (and the soundboard is unique and great already). Also doing more non-gameplay content that you already produce is good to diversify your channel. Looking forward to what 2025 holds for yinz! 🎉
Congrats on a successful 2024! My favourite content is anything Limited related, which is largely Bronze to Mythic but also the set reviews. I have two young kids now and finding time to draft is increasingly difficult, so finding the time to watch the set reviews is incredibly helpful so I don't crash and burn early and stop playing a week or two into the format. I watch most of your content because I like your style, have been a longtime fan/watcher. I'm glad that you're going to get to try new things this year, and I'll continue to watch virtually everything you put out on TH-cam, though again I largely skim through the constructed content. Best of luck in 2025!
I love it when you reprimand Karn by saying that he needs to behave as he's on television, your content really feels like a TV show with so much production value and attention to detail. Keeping my fingers crossed for your fatherly adventure and thanks so much for all the work you put in. I really liked the slideshow from the pro tour house and the description of how you operate there, these BTS materials are pretty unique.
Wow ! Seems like a lot of work ! You're a business men now 😊 Great diversified content. Dynamic and living show. Love your shorts with other pros. Keep up the good work, hope you still find pleasure doing it as much as you do. I personnally enjoy janky brews. Since i don't get as much time to play as i wish, i kove watching good players trying to win with wacky fringe cards 😂 Contrats for your familly, and for your paper pro performances, you're killing it !
Really hope the audio sound and effects are quite entertaining, social had us all 'beatdown' that from an industry robot on the losing end of web 2.0, still holding on a thread with the likes of web3, hopefully this time round the mountain! Really looking to meet your 5 💵 challenge 😅
Awesome ideas in the tank! I'm gonna miss your written articles but you're completely right about the content "meta" and I'm sure the analytics would back you up there. Most looking forward to YDL finally crawling out of the grave so I can get my Esper Doom Foretold deck ready for the explorer ladder lol
Just saying….you used to put up pics of goblins on bronze to mythic and a quick rock music sound… I thought that was awesome always cracked me up. The music reminded me of the movie Hesher…perhaps you saw it? Keep up the great work Jim!
Love your content, Jim! It might not be good for the algorithm, so maybe it’s not the best for your channel, but I would like to see you do some non-MtG content every now and again. I really liked your Diablo playthrough years ago! I keep trying to find it again, but I can never find it on TH-cam.
Always been a huge fan of your content and as long as you can keep up what you're doing, I'll be pleased. Seconding other commenters saying you should do things like spend time with family. Also so you don't burn out. My content specific feedback is that to me, BtM can feel a bit out of sync or even out of touch with some of the other limited content out there. It might be nice to see you make a point of learning from limited "specialist" content creators and applying that knowledge. I really liked when you had Sam Black on back in Strixhaven for example (and it made me a fan of his content too). Even just keeping up with a couple of the podcasts out there and calling out when you're using that knowledge in the draft. I don't think it would detract from the 'figuring it out together as we go' aspect of BtM - in fact, I think it would be a good demonstration of how you as a pro player learn from others and adapt that knowledge to your own play.
Honestly i feel the mtgo content for me is better as i feel that you talk alot more about your plays and thought process as a way to make up for the lack of on-screen flash, and as someone who listens to your videos far more than watches them its far superior content for me. I also feel your a bit more locked in on average when you play mtgo, (maybe the closer to irl play gets the juices goin idk,) it could also just be me thinking that... I do hope that your deck live isnt just for arena content as well, your modern content seems to do really well on youtube (in terms of views) and you playing a league of someones random modern brew was honestly in my opinion the best content you did when it was part of the que. Even the occasional legacy video was cool as most average players have little-no exposure to that format and it is a really cool format even if we cant physically play it
I think more sound effects sound good, and it could feel even more like some of those comedies that try to emulate an audience in the background, which is nice! Im not so sure about on-screen effects though. Just a bit of a "fear" of making the screen too noisy at times. But obviously thats somrthing that i can only know for sure when it happens. Looking forward to 2025!
Long time viewer, who remembers the seasons past modern deck? I think all of these ideas are great, especially having Your Deck Live be a specific day and or once a week. I LOVED watching them but that doesn't mean everyone does. A suggestion would be video essay or essay style videos. What I mean specifically is turning what your cool stuff articles would have been into videos. Having a audio verison of your thoughts and feelings in a well supported essay style video I think would go a long way for enfranched players. For the less enfranchised, I think a "beginners guild" style intro videos could be successful. While I dislike Universes Beyound as much as any enfranchised player, I will admit that they have brought a significant amount of fresh blood to Magic. Those players will be looking for help.
Feedback for the soundboard: keep the classic Randy Buehler "LIGHTNING HELIX OMG" and maybe add some Rich Hagon bloopers (shouldn't be too hard to find😅)
I really like bronze to mythic. More sounds or on-screen memes is a fun idea. I like that you are showing all games. Not just the games you "look good" and won. Lesser missplays would be nice but its ok the way it is.
Hey Jim, big fan! Thanks for the update, good to know where you're at. In terms of feedback, the things I'd say is that it'd be nice to see some additional editing of the videos to cut down on dead air when the opponents are roping or slow playing, you're away from the camera, or you're just waiting for the opponent to finish sideboarding. It can also be frustrating to watch a cool deck that doesn't get a great showing because of bad draws, so I hope that the free time no longer dedicated to the writing will allow you to get slightly more footage of the decks so that the viewers can get a better sample. Also, in terms of content, and this is just me: I've noticed I don't feel like watching your MODO videos as much. That's in part because Arena's effects make it more entertaining to view. However, because you don't upload MODO often, it also can be disheartening to watch them when you do because sometimes it feels like you're fighting with the UI, which isn't as satisfying to watch.
I think spreading your content across multiple channels just dilutes your reach. Your deck live and btm should be on your main channel. I don't watch every single upload of yours but I will get recs for your main channel and jump in, I've never seen a recommendation for the btm channel pop up.
content idea: not sure if this is already content you’ve made but a tips and tricks basics of arena would be nice for new players i know i was overwhelmed by the app the first time but maybe a general overview especially for people that don’t wanna pay money maybe help them approach it in a better way to get into the game easier
Some fatherly advice, take some time to enjoy your family. Before you know it your son will be grown and you will be longing for those days when he was young. It's not easy to do in the moment, but do it. And take time to date your wife. She seems like an amazing and very supportive woman. Schedule time with her. You won't regret it.
A wise advice

Completely agree
Congrats and cheers to another great year 🍻
Agreed here. I think we’d all love to see more behind the scenes style content and experiences like that.
I don't keep up with MTG gameplay and meta anymore but I still come back specifically to watch these videos !

The soundboard stuff kills me. You really nailed it with LotR.
My son is 15 months. Can confirm, doing anything productive is damn near impossible.
Ours are 10, 6, 4 with Leukemia, and 2. It's going about as well as you'd think.
Has a single brew been viable? I avoid them completely now.
I’m a huge fan of Explorer/Pioneer - it is the main reason why I subscribed to this channel - but I’ve found myself enjoying the standard content too, which in turn has piqued my interest in the format. Keep up the great content, but don’t forget to take care of yourself.
As old timer viewer I would love to see a little bit of modern.
Arena is very accessible to play for me, but I usually just enjoy modern as a viewer
- "Don't play THAT card folks." (This season it was Witness Protection.)
- Proper mana curve, particularly the 2 mana slot. (Why you often chose the lesser mana card for tiebreak.)
- Untapped GG ranking CHANGES based on what you've already picked.
-Why we take the rare on BTM. Why we PASS rares on BTM.
- Don't ask "Why not something, explain why you would have done something else."
-#1 Rule of BTM: DONT GET BLOWN OUT.
Love your work! ❤
Feedback for me: I love it when you revisit decks, and also when you update / put your own spin on meta decks!
Good onya, Jim.
Looking forwarding to what 2025 becomes for the channel.
Love the idea of more sound board stuff
Love your work, Jim. Can't wait to see more in 2025. Happy New Year!
A humble offering for the almighty algorithm.
💯
I love seeing your personality through the obscure references (who's in charge?) or seeing you smirk at the simpsons quotes (tuck your pants into your socks and four krustys should have permanent places on the board)
Keep up the good work for 2025 man!
Thanks for the behind the curtain! Love all the content. Looking forward to 2025!
I thought you said "Cassian is moving." I thought - what? Hurrah for Jim Davis! Best wishes to you and your family for an excellent 2025!
That pilediver open is an amazing idea and might actually help me get into more construction formats so sweet
I assume that’s gonna be a huge part of your deck live though so looking forward to it
Collabs with you and other MTG players/content creators is an idea for different content. Just the first thing that came to mind when you asked.
Looking forward to more your deck love! :D
It’s always a joy to watch your stuff Jim! Here’s to a great new year!
Well done keep up the good faith with your kid
No complaints here Jim! More animations and sounds will be sick. It would be cool to see you try more Arena Sealed. Watching your deck building process is super interesting!
I personally play Timeless, Standard and Draft, so that's the content I watch.
I'm not a big fan of Bronze To Mythic, cause I enjoy watching games against high ranked players.
But overall I feel like your content is the most entertaining to watch for me. And for that to continue, you need to be in good vibes, so enjoy the time with the family and friends and relax.
Mostly watch B2M and the set reviews. I think cooperation with other content creators is always fun, but the live deck advice sounds great aswell
Keep going! I love the channel and what you want to do next.
I personally enjoy the same laugh track every time. Always enjoy your content. I watch you a couple hours on twitch a week and also a couple TH-cam videos a week and I never realized your bronze to mythic stuff was on another TH-cam channel. The algorithm never even recommended it to me.
Only one laugh track needed, it adds comedic value. A multitude of samples are fun though
Keep up all the great work! Looking forward to everything to come.
Love you Jim!
Bronze to mythic is my favorite series on TH-cam. My only suggestion is to keep doing it
Looking forward to this year of content, wishing you success and thanks for what you do :)
0) Great Pianos Become the Teeth shirt, and great band
1) I agree with "soundbites are a bit monotonous" feedback, so nice to hear that it'll likely change - not a deal-breaker for me but definitely takes me out of it a LITTLE bit.
You're a business men now 😊
Great diversified content. Dynamic and living show. Love your shorts with other pros. Keep up the good work, hope you still find pleasure doing it as much as you do.
I personnally enjoy janky brews. Since i don't get as much time to play as i wish, i kove watching good players trying to win with wacky fringe cards 😂
Contrats for your familly, and for your paper pro performances, you're killing it !
I enjoyed your love hates on new sets and your pro tour predictions, would love to see those continue somehow as videos and or something.
Love the idea of open tournaments, participated in a few Hooglandia Opens when they were happening
Really hope the audio sound and effects are quite entertaining, social had us all 'beatdown' that from an industry robot on the losing end of web 2.0, still holding on a thread with the likes of web3, hopefully this time round the mountain! Really looking to meet your 5 💵 challenge 😅
would love the open series to make a comeback!
Congrats on everything. This is so cool! Good luck in Chicago!
It’s hard balancing family and fun but you seem great at it!
2 year old while WFH I can empathize. Content is great I like when Cassian is randomly on stream
Looking forward to your next amazing year!
I loved jeff's opens im pretty excited for more arena tournaments
Thanks for the peak behind the curtain
Yesss Your Deck Live returns!
We love Jim Davis, Mogg Monday, and Cube for Charity
I really like bronze to mythic. More sounds or on-screen memes is a fun idea. I like that you are showing all games. Not just the games you "look good" and won. Lesser missplays would be nice but its ok the way it is.
Workin' on it!
A comment for the gods of engagement. Glad you are making content Jim!
Thanks for the great content Jim.
p.s. Jack Hughes owns Igor Shesterkin
Are you participating in the spotlight series (GP) tomorrow?
Yep
I followed your content on Twitter. I don’t see you posting anymore, and honestly it’s had be watching/supporting other MTG creators
bronze to mythic is obv the best and then 2nd best is behind the scenes and the monthly touurneys for 5$ are going to be HUGE
Your Deck Live! Woohoo!
Jim is very brave.
5:45 gotta bring that hair back for a throwback stream
