I graded cards with PSA for the FIRST time in 2.5 YEARS (AMAZING RESULTS)! 🤯🔥

- I graded my baseball and basketball sports cards with Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) for the first time in over 2 years for our latest collectible trading card unboxing haul! PSA is the current industry leader in card grading and authentication, and their slabs command a premium! After some bad experiences, I stopped using their grading for a while, but I finally decided to try them again. I sent in 25 cards worth over $5,000 as part of this submission. I looked them all over closely prior to sending them, and it paid off with a crazy high gem rate! 15 of the 25 cards got Gem Mint 10 grades, and none got under a 9! Overall, I am happy with the experience and the grades I got from this sub. Who should we grade cards with next (PSA, BGS, SGC, Arena Club)?

I like PSA. What do you think about TAG?
I prefer the TAG approach to grading. PSA, while the industry "standard", I believe that they need to adapt to computer aided (AI) grading. The human eye is flawed...

@@MichaelCater Maybe you should do more research it’s not AI grading. Jeremy Lee explained it because many including yourself are confused. They use technology to assist them in grading and won’t divulge exactly what that means.

So far, I have only sent cards to PSA, but i agree, it would be nice of them to say why the cards were graded the way they were.
I'd love a video from start to finish selecting which of your cards to grade and why, prepping those cards, and then packing to ship to PSA or whoever. 👍
I mean this with zero negativity at all.. genuinely, I’m impressed by just how business savvy this is.
You make a video showing off the graded cards which gets you some of that grading cost back plus eyes on the cards. Didn’t think much of it until you said these will all be on sell on whatnot auctions. You’re basically getting some funds back plus these cards in front of a ton of potential buyers. Someone sees something they can afford and really like.. now they’re ready for the whatnot auction. You wind up selling the cards for more and getting some views. Genius way to showcase upcoming auction cards plus give non-buyers a quality video. You’re the man
I think doing a larger amount of cards with Arena (because it’s cheaper) would be fun! I personally like the grading vids
Just discovered Tag Grading and really love how much data they collect and display exactly why your card gets the grade it does

For modern: BGS is my favourite for the look + subgrades. For vintage: SGC. But for pure market value PSA is king.
I’d love to see an arena club unboxing after grading. Love the virtual vault but would love to see and actual graded card

Glad to see you still repping AC and that it wasn’t a one and done thing. Personally I’m behind AC completely, I love the transparency in their grading, and besides that the value is insane. $10 per card to grade, vault, and access the platform (that allows you to buy sell and trade) is just the way of the future. Hope if enough of us commit to changing what we accept as the industry standard Companies like AC or even alternatives as others mentioned like TAG can thrive and become more acceptable as an industry standard. Change can’t happen unless we commit to it

I'm a big fan of Arena Club. I've sent subs to all of the major grading companies and with AC I get a great understanding of grades, great value, great turnaround and I like the look of the slabs.
I'm excited I just sent in my 1st cards ever to be graded threw Arena Club. Watching your videos is what got me to start collecting again. So thank you for that. 🤩
I prefer FCG Forensic Card Grading for my PC Cards.
They are super strict, but they give you sub grades along with a QR code on the case that you can scan that will show you the grader’s notes.
PSA would rock the hobby if they started including sub grades.

Nice cards and good grades. I like PSA. Definitely prefer BGS over PSA due to the subgrades and the thicker cases
I only grade with PSA. I just prefer the aesthetic and feel of their slab
PSA supposedly has graders notes for grading in the works, I am sure it will start on higher tier grading and trickle down similar to how image scans did when they updated that.

I have graded one card, it’s a Lebron James Fleer rookie. I agree it’s a fairly simple process to get graded, I think also just to have the graded PSA case is cool in itself.

Personally, I prefer the TAG slabs best and am incorporating TAG into my PC collection. However, I grade the cards I plan to sell with PSA. PSA graded cards seem to fetch a higher price. Thanks.

I had never graded anything before. But I really like Arena Club! I like the transparency, the price, quick turnaround and the look of the slabs.
Definitely agree with the subgrades with psa, but psa also sells at a premium relative to all other grading.

It’s tough to not sub with SGC at the moment for their affordable prices and fast turn around. As far as slab eye appeal, BGS gold & black labels are king. PSA slabs next. Then SGC 3rd. If SGC would update their slabs and/or labels, they would rise significantly in value 📈 IMO.
Maybe some hockey would be nice being the season of snow. I would also like to thank you for making me pay alot more attention to my own collection and I may be a seller at some time soon.

I personally like TAG grading. If you like sub grades I think you would like TAG as well. PSA just feels a little behind times given today’s technology.

What’s up packman, I have tried a company from California called Electric grading the labels are next level for $15 you get a costom label for each card or for $10 you get a color match label to the color of the cards the grades are accurate also and a 15 day turnaround not to bad , much love Leonard

I really like Rare Edition, but they haven't gained much traction. The quality of the slabs are amazing!
i don’t really comment a lot but post more graded cards seeing things like this and your eye for it’s fun to watch and u don’t wast time or have bad lighting like others😂
I prefer psa myself but trying to get a black label from bgs sounds very appealing. You could try chase a black label for a vid seeing you have such a good eye
PSA 10 just keeps the resell value higher than others obviously hope that changes in the future

Used to be a Beckett guy but after last national, had lot better experience with PSA. Def going with them more often in the future even though I like Beckett’s slabs better

I have become an SGC guy. their times are reasonable and I find them to be pretty reputable. Also reasonable pricing IMO always have great specials.

Great video!! I have a 40 card submission in PSA which is the only company I've used and I have one value plus Stroud neon green pulsar from the ONE mega I opened. I opened 6 prizm basketball and didn't get ANYTHING..oh well that's how it goes sometimes lol

SGC is the best grading in my opinion. keep the videos coming and again thanks for what ya do for the hobby..
It's hard to say which one they all have their pros and cons. With PSA you can just go to PSA certification lookup and type in the number that's on the card and it'll tell you the pop. The BGS they have the subgrade so that's cool. The downfall of PSA the holders are thin and the BGS they're thicker. In PSA doesn't tell you why you got the grade you got
