That is quite possibly the best all enclosed bike I've seen so far except the body is soft, other than that it is what I have been looking for the design looks good something I could actually potentially like to ride, however the one thing that is off putting is the price.
Had a look on the website and the price is way over the top.
But then all of these types of vehicles I have found the pricing to be way over the top.
So even though it's a nice idea and a nice enough looking vehicle I struggle to see who would actually buy them unless they were very wealthy people.
And that's the thing isn't it we hear so much about getting people out their cars but then when something you like comes along it's over priced.
Couldn't tell is a tandem, meaning can both people pedal? I couldn't tell from the video.
Tandem means both pedalling in tandem, however this looks like only one pedals but it has an electric motor for assist.
I haven't seen the price, however, the price will drop as people buy and production runs increase..

That is absolutely true, and the prototypes have now been upgraded with it.

Your video contains too much scenery and not enough close sequences of the bike. Make another video with faster camera downlooks and remain on picture so we can more appreciate the construction and details.
The law needs to change in my country before it can be classified as a bicycle. One too many wheels.

@@zivkovicable Mobility scooters are not classified as bicycles. They have their own classification. I'm talking about having that vehicle classified as a bicycle/tricycle not a mobility scooter.

According to the site €7800 (about $8700)
It's not legal in the US anyway. The top speed is 25mph (moped) but it has more than 3 wheels so it wouldn't fit into any classification = not legal.
It is a "unclassified" vehicle in most states. Meaning that it is in a legal gray area of not being defined. A legal battle in Ohio over a Qudracycle lead to a change in the definition of bicycle in that state to remove the language limiting the number of wheels.
If you remove the e-assist it is a bicycle in at least two states, the afore mentioned Ohio and Florida. I've not bothered to dig though bicycle definitions state by state to see what the legal status is for quadracycles across the nation.

what laws would this have to follow, bike, motorcycle, or car. Cause no one seemed to be wearing any helmets, but it's clearly riding on bike paths an "identifies" as a bike. But its also has electric assist which most bike parks don't allow cause they are consider motorbikes an don't allow them. Back to the helmet, what make a car a car, so you don't have to wear a helmet anyway?
Hi Greg, with a 250 watt assist, this is considered a pedelec in Europe=a bike. In the US we are unfortunately limited by a bike definition that says a bike can have maximum three wheels.
