I watched a video of 2 English guys who crossed from france to England in a dingy just to see what the journey is like. He said that if there are genuine asylum seekers, then they full filled the asylum status at the first safe county they arrived at. If they chose to move on from there then they become illegal/economic migrants. That made sense.
