My class in USA will start from 26 August 2024,but it seems hard to get appointment till 26 August. What can I do please suggest
Due to an unfortunate situation that happened to my previously issued visa. They allowed my account to have the “priority appointment tool” enabled so I can schedule an early appointment for my visa. I used it and got a much earlier appointment. I went to the interview but they told me to go home and reschedule because my passport was not valid because it is missing a page. I have now gotten a new passport with a new number. They only allow an account one chance with the priority appointment tool so I cannot use the priority appointment tool any longer so my earliest date is in October 2026. If i make a new account with the new passport number, would I be able to get that enabled again?

what about the paid service
isn’t there exemption for 79 year old and up?
I put Calgary on my DS-160. Can I look for appointment in other places? How do I change location on my form if I get appointment somewhere else?

I believe the limit is 20 times. You should receive a warning from the system when you're approaching this limit.

I have already taken an appointment in may 2025. Is there a possibility that if I keep on checking, I could see an earlier date? Somewhere online I read that for rescheduling I will only see a later date. Is this true?
Yes you can reschedule it should not be an issue.
Was it a tourist visa? And from which city did you apply for it? I understand that tourist visas are around 800 days away, but you got yours faster
