The most beautiful and complete taxi and takeoff video in SYD until now. Thank you very much. Your effort is too much appreciated. This one will go to my favorites
Flew Qantas A380 from London to Melbourne on 28th March on-board Fergus McMaster (VH-OQD), then Fergus McMaster from Sydney to Singapore on 10th April, and overnight on David Warren (VH-OQI) from Singapore to London on 13th April, sitting in 80K outbound and 81K inbound- fantastic aircraft! Thoroughly impressed with it! Unfortunately, didn't get the take-off roll you did, over Circular Quays, but caught a glimpse across the aircraft on the port side. Thanks for sharing your video
I just had a trip to USA. It was my very first time overseas. I sat only two rows from where this video was filmed. I was on a A380 from SYD to LAX so I had a similar experience to this video.
Wow! You got lucky with that flight path! Got the CBD, Anzac bridge, Harbour bridge then entire North Shore with Chatswood CBD before exiting the Northern Beaches over Mona Vale. That large outcrop in the ocean with the golf course is called Long Reef point. The beach flowing towards you from Long Reef is the Collaroy-Narrabeen section of the Northern Beaches.
The A380 that operated this flight in this video on the date it was filmed is (VH-OQA) Nancy Bird Walton. Only a few months before QF32 Engine Explosion. I flew on (VHOQI) David Warren.
NO IT DOESN'T.Almost as beautiful as that Aussie swimmers eyes.James Magnusson I think is his name. Come on.I am American and do not see smog.Look at China or Tokyo films for smog

That take-off from Sydney brings back memories. I was on this particular flight 6 years ago on a Boeing 747. Great video. Thanks for posting.

What a majestic sight it must be for the drivers going under that bridge to come upon a 380.
