the Real problem aside from officers not knowing the laws is that when you sue it’s the taxpayers that pay for everything not the officers & or the police department thats why they don’t care
So where is the ending of this video? You say "Tried" to violate your rights in the title so did they or not cause there is no ending. My guess is the chief came back out and said he was going to arrest you guys if you didn't leave and you caved and left or you would have posted the rest of the video. I watch all the auditing channels on here and I'm all for it and I'm not saying you need to get arrested to make change, I actually believe the opposite that it doesn't do the auditor any good to get arrested. You don't need to be arrested to file lawsuits. Just get it on video clearly that they violated your rights, so that said what I mean is if you're going to act tough like in the video and stand your ground then do it and post ALL of it or don't make a click bait video title and do what most do and just leave under threat of arrest then sue. Or I will even give you the benefit of the doubt and your battery quit so just say so or post an update but either way man you can't leave your viewers hanging like this or we're not going to subscribe and watch your content and support you. Regardless of what some say you're not letting cops get the best of you or what not by walking away under threat of arrest or violence then suing. Those people don't know what they are talking about. Most of these cops are psychos and will not think twice about putting you in jail on fake charges, or in the hospital or even in the morgue (PERFECT ex. Sonya Massey). Be safe out there man

You are wrong. Read POSTER7 on the wall in every post office. CityPolice / Sheriff can't enforce anything on federal property they have no jurisdiction. The DHS memo grants 1st amendment rights to video any govt.or city worker in the course of their duties. Now You Know !!;

If that is the Post Office, Their own policy grants the permission and the DHS memo also grants the permission.

Postal property is public property! Nobody can trespass you from public property if you haven't committed a crime.
