1 day they do it so someone who likes the second amendement. And i won't feel sorry for the agressors at all tbh. In my country you cannot "cancel" the cops coming to a call, they have to come regardless. (Also good way for people fake calling the cops to get huge fines and get flagged in the system as fake callers on the spot).

Douglas Eastman - a Public Servant - could have realized that even if he's busy & not in the mood to talk to citizens that it's just a few minutes out of one of his work days. But common sense & the ability to rationally process situations are rare in Public Servants. How dare he tell Josh he's not a taxpayer within 5 minutes of meeting him! Govt employees have a tendency to claim ownership of a space they work in inside Government Agencies.

Most of the people who work at town halls and smaller city halls are related. Police are generally reluctant to do anything to government workers, short of them killing you.

@@patrickfaul834more correctly, it is unwanted touching that is menacing or offensive. Josh's buddy's video shows the old guy barely touching him with his finger tips. Josh flailed his arms around to be all dramatic for his video, but his buddy's video clearly shows more acting than touching.
