I think the crew might have been tired by the end of the day! Great to watch a great baseball it of sailing.

Precision? Yes, they managed to hit the shore mid tack.
The motor cruiser should have slowed and passed around the back of the sailing boat. Even, the sailing boat under power would have been more courteous to have passed on the windward side just in case the gaffer needed to bear away.
Nicely done by the sailboat, those under power didn't seem to have a clue how to give room though.
one hell of a lot of leeway??
A long keel rather than a fin keel I believe.
I haven't sailed one of these, but it does look to me that the main is in too tight.
I'm sure everyone learned a valuable lesson.Nice tune.
