I really wanna get the hot logic mini I just had a few questions. Maybe u can help with. Can I cook a steak in a bowl made from tin foil in it? If so is there anyway to get that nice delicious, browning, maillard effect on it? Since there's no buttons or anything. Lastly, once again without buttions, temp control, etc... How will it know when my steak is a nice medium-rare? Without ME checking and temping it over and over?(especially if I'm starting from a frozen piece of meat.

I love my hot logics but I must say she is telling a whooooole lie when she says things don’t get soggy inside the device.😅 ….Because they absolutely can with a sealed lid condensation is DEFINITELY a thing. So for some items you Should NOT put them in a sealed container or leave in plastic wrap if you want more of a crisp , less WET texture. Foil left venting is probably best for certain items.

Mark makes everything so gross. Don’t lick your fingers then touch all the wrap covering the food. 🤮

Why not show the raw foods first.
