Oh yes after I made the video I did ask about this. If you’re at the park on the day and it rains heavily, you can talk to guest services at the entrance to ask if you can come back another day. They will make the judgment call and if they agree the rain was too heavy, they will validate your ticket for you to return within 2 weeks. I suppose if you have not come to the park yet and you can see it is raining heavily, you can call them up to ask.

Yah, its true that we shouldn't go if it rains. But tickets are booked online in advance. So how to 'not go' if it rains on the day that you booked?
