The tram also provides indoor access to the Cosmopolitan. Before construction of the connector, one had to walk outside to get to that property. It's really nice that all of the MGM properties are easy to get to without spending too much time outside.
As a Caesars member, I doubt I'd stay at Park MGM but it looks really good for the lower price rooms if you're in MGM rewards. I'd go for Eataly I bet since I have not been there yet. Nice video by the way!

I stayed here for my fourth time when I was there in the beginning of April. Love this place! Have you eaten at Lala Noodles yet? I finally did and it was so delicious! Like the pool because it's got some music but it's not a party scene it's chill and relaxing! My only complaint is the walls are thin and you can hear some things that you probably shouldn't from the next room, 😅

Oh my, its been a minute! I never got to go to the Monte Carlo. We did get to see the transition and the construction of T-Mobile. Its amazing how fast they completed that project. Are coming to town to check it out?
ABC store is the wrong call-out. I only stay at Park MGM because of the no smoking rule, but Target is a couple doors down from ABC and it is the CLEANEST Target I have ever seen. Prices are Vegas high of course, but amazing experience. Park is by far my favorite Vegas hotel on the strip.
NY NY is the best mid tier in my opinion. Their casino has more atmosphere and they also have more cheap eats on property. Park MGM is fine but the lack of storage space in the room always bothers me. They do have a better pool area than NYNY but it was better before they renovated from Monte Carlo. PMGM also has some of the tighest slots on the strip. The only thing to love about it is the smoke free casino.
@@jamesrandazzo6878 The biggest offering is the free rooms. We pretty much stay two nights every week at a Caesars property for free. No fees, taxes and 4 drinks valued at $25 each every 24 hours. With MGM we would get a free night maybe every 2 months 😂 And there was the issue with resort fees being charged and having to go to the desk for a refund because of our status. And no free play or dining credits. With Caesars we get dining credits, drinks, free rooms whenever we want, upgrades - so much more.
The remodeled hallways are an improvement over the dark caves they used to be. People either like the avant-garde room design or they don’t. The pools are usually uncrowded and relaxing for us middle-aged “non-partiers”, with good drink service. No cheap food options, but there’s a Denny’s and food court across the street. My biggest complaint has been the inconsistent (understaffed?) housekeeping service; it sucks to leave in the morning, come back to your room at 3pm and find it still unmade. Overall, Park MGM is a good budget property; pretty much a “middle class Mirage”.

I called once and shared how much we get from Caesars and what our status is - Diamond Plus and told me that I should gamble more at MGM properties to get more offers. LOL! Why would I stop going to Caesars where we get so much and switch to MGM when I am already Platinum with them?
Really enjoyed this video. However, I think we may need to temporarily retire the term "strip prices." Don't need to go to Vegas anymore to get those. I've been paying "strip prices" at every grocery store, restaurant, and gas station I've been to in my own home town since about January of 2021. Time to make prices great again, folks. If you catch my drift. 😉
The main reason we always stay at Park Mgm is that the casino is smoke-free.

LOL, I think we all have! We always pack at least two pairs of shoes to rotate them, they do get sweaty in the summer months from all of the walking.
The last time I was in Las Vegas the Park MGM was called The Monte Carlo !!

Great question! They do when you book, but when you check in they give you a refund for the resort fee and taxes on the resort fees.

Visited MGM Park in July 2024, stay away from their Eataly food court, terrible reheated extremely overpriced food.
