Looks like an 18350or some variant of a standard 3.7/4.2 lithium cell but if you are going to replace it may be worth finding out if the overcharge chip is mounted to the battery or the usb charger port, if you change the cell and it over charges thing could get real exciting real fast my suggestion would be to charge it out side first time after or in a large pan (this may stop the fire spreading) just incase
