I feel that the feature I miss the most in Airtable would be a 2-way sync with any marketing automation tool (such as Mailchimp). If there is one, it would be a great video! =)
For a while I built my SOPs in Airtable with Loom videos, but this is so much faster! Now it's a few clicks to record and the entire process is documented. Add the fact that the video is created automatically for those who learn by video, but it also creates the written process for those who prefer step-by-step instruction. 👌

Sadly there isn't a 2-way sync or integration. However, you can pass information back and forth using a 3rd-party automation tool like Zapier!

To me it looks like it has more functionality with the breakdowns than Loom. I'm not sure what the other companies are.
