Man, you give really good conceptual guitar advice. I really start to reframe how I'm thinking of approaching certain subjects after watching these videos. I'm still putting together all the stuff on looping.

I like that you are bringing back some of the lessons from the HRA (hard rock academy) exactly when I'm reviewing them.. thanks Claus.. (have you ever done any licks using some of the Pedal Point Madness sequence Ideas?)

Hi claus, did you all teach this yourself or you did some studies at music schools/university or so?

Self study. The traditional way of teaching music didn’t work on me. None of it made much sense so I had to figure out what was really going on and teach myself.

You have to feel it. If you can't feel it, quit. And I was expecting a authentic blues shuffle.

I can play outside picking even at 200 bpm 16th notes certain licks, but I struggle at combining inside and outside picking when they are together in a lick. Any tips ? :))

Find a smal sequence that has that exact challenge in it. Then decide to practice it while remaning completely relaxed, being in complete control and making zero mistakes. Work on it usng a metrone for 15-20 minutes a day and play it when ever you’re watching TV, talking on the phone or with friends. Give it four weeks and 100.000 repetitions (which is easily done if you follow the above advice)
