In the past, most people were often Artisans or Craftsmen or operated as some sort of a Merchant or Purveyor. And there was a lot more fluidity in terms of either opportunities or scenarios of how people would interact. It wouldn't be as if they have to drop all "job distractions" to interact with someone, like our modern, fast-paced, industrialized world, worrying about what their "boss" will think about them talking to or flirting with a "customer".

How do you think sleep affects your development? I always thought it was stupid that we force kids to go to school so early in the morning, especially when they 12-18 years old. I had to get to school by 6am and was always exhausted in high school.

A far as the "Development" chart goes for M3n, all Men are basically developed fully by the age of 19, even as far as growth and everything else, for the most part. The only differences that will increase or change into the 20's usually will be widening of the ribcage and pelvis / hips, and increase of chest or body hair. Otherwise, all development has occurred.

Building muscle is not useless 😂😂😂😂 competitive bodybuilding and taking steroids that is a waste I agree. I was a very skinny guy at 18 but then I started eating more and going to the gym. I gained 13kg of muscle in 1.5 years naturally. I feel more confident, dominant, stronger and more sharp than ever before. I’m 6.1 so I might already had an advantage but making this muscle really upped my life in every aspect. Tell this to the people!!!! (In moderation)

I am in my second tp last year of highschool and my pe teacher told our class that we should consider going to the gym and lifting weghts to make us live longer and healthier. Being a Much older M@n myself, I can tell you that dating older Vvom3n is always a bad idea, even no matter how young they may look for their age. What I can tell you is that by the time they get into their 30's, they are more "dry" in the socket, and this will cause more frustrations / issues along with the fact that most of them worsen with head complexes and insecurities that develop from the moment the first wrinkle on them shows. They also become even more aggressive as estrogen wears off, and testosterone slightly increases. Many M3n my age find older Vv0m3n a bother because they will never let go of their insecurities and always make it an issue, and it begins to escalate arguments, and they always have an even greater thing about making their age an issue, constantly bringing it up and automatically assuming you are likely cheating on them with someone younger.

The chart is definitely biased, based on the internet trend of the height obsession. Because the actual Ideal Range is between 5'8" - 6'2". Most M3n are not even over 6'2" and the ones who are, have great disadvantages and bad health, unless it's common in their genetic pool, but even still, infrastructure and clothing will not treat them well. M3n under 5'8" are in the danger zone. An all-around optimal height range for M3n is 5'9" - 6'1", and almost all are within this height range as a median height range.

I think you get something very wrong with the gym beeing useless. If someone has mid tier or good genes but got fat becouse of sickness or new work or stress or bad habits or whatever and wants to take off weight, if you just go in a Kcal deficid your body first get rid of unnessary needed muscle mass becouse its not needed to survive like fat storage, instead going straight to fat storage. If you on the other hand train your muscles at the gym or do whatever else exercise at home, outside, ... and have a kcal deficid your body does not touch the muscle mass becouse it thinks its in need of them to keep doing what the person is doing regularly and straight go to the fat cells and use them for energy to fill up the deficid. Also i cannot recommend enought to do some cardio exercises for better heart health. If you look good + lean ofc you dont need to go to the gym. It does not hurt anyone no matter what shape or looks. But in other cases its realy needed else it takes alot more time to change the situation

@@GoatisReviews ok I leave out the milk. I had since I was twelve severly. Went on low dos isotretinoin 10mg 3 months. It dissapeared for one year then came back. My period was very irregular (5times per year), then became reggular after 9 months on cooked meat and tartar. With regulating my period acne became less severe, going raw even more reduction. Its just still there just not so severe, always about 3 pimples that go away then new ones come:/ I used to eat lots of junk and candy because my parents where working 24/7 until about 14 years old. Wanted to regulate my period by going the "healthy" route vegetarianism 3years, vegan 1 year, then keto then carnivore, now I am 21

I would wear glasses not only to hide the circles, but also because my eyesight isn't the best.
