I suggest dropping the AMG packages and getting the pinnacle trim. Especially for those who find AMG seats too tight. I was able to stay under 60k with all the important options like driver assistance. Pinnacle includes the AR navigation and digital headlights.
You can also go down to the base model which we did, 2023 MB loaner w/6000 miles, for $40,500. We don't need the panoramic sunroof, and all the bells and whistles of lane control and what not. The important one for us was blind spot assist....after 50 years of driving don't need the other crap. Since we all have iPhones, don't need the navigation either. Our interior looks far better than this car, we have the two tone but our dash looks far better with a grey color panel instead of the nature wood in the displayed car that looks like it was an after thought. Point here is you can still get a great car without spending 60 grand.
I too purchased the 2023 4-matic Pinnacle model without the AMG appearance package for under 60k
Wow! I really love it! I love the red and the white seats! I love the metal speaker grills! I love all Mercedes especially the Mercedes eqs

Where do you rank MB and BMW in terms of cost to maintain?
That dashboard is so bad that I love it. It's not integrated and 3 round vents are perfect and look like speakers.
Nice catch Terry, we love the clean sweeping look of dashboard and the vents look the best any other car we were looking at. We bought one.

The piano black already had stains and fingerprints everywhere. Dealbreaker for me.
You can order other surfaces as well. I do not like piano gloss either.

I got my GLC 300 AMG package for a lot less than $60,000. It’s a great ride. I traded a Volvo XC40. The Mercedes is quieter and much more comfortable. It gets better gas mileage too.
Just so you guys know the vents don't line up so please say that is your next review of the c class or Glc.

I noticed the noise has improved on the this ‘24 compared to its ‘23 GLC300 by like 3 dB. Nice!
We have a '23 and think it is as quiet as our other two MB's. Stand outside of the car and it sounds like it has a diesel but inside you can't hear it.

12:03 you mentioned Sunroof is standard. As far as I know working on retail side for MB, that is incorrect, and I have a client referring to your video as proof that they do. 2024 GLC either has optional Panoramic, or a solid roof. No standard sunroof option.
I looked into this myself and you are correct. I think my guy doing the research got confused with the GLE. Apologies for the mistake.

We have 3 MB's with the addition of the GLC300...the other two have 80,000+ miles with no issues.

When is the GLE being redesigned not just “BS refreshed” GLC did AMAZING for this class
We shopped this vs the X3, Volvo Xc60, and the Audi Etron Q4. We chose the BMW which had a lease price $200 less than the Mercedes with everything being equal. The Mercedes lease details have only one other worse and that is the Jaguar lease deals.
If you can't afford a Mercedes, get a BMW 🤷♂️

Yes
Test drove one. The touch sensitive everything is so distracting to use while driving.
You get used to it after a week
And this and the Mazda CX 50 are the same size

Nice SUV the only issue in the US is the unavailable Continental Eco Contact 6Q tires. Two flats one repairable. Dealer removed one from a new SUV. Mercedes Corp still terrible in reference to.a resolution on these tires. Ordered a AWD but they put on Summer tires that are not sold in the US. Will be filing a law suit within the year. Mercedes customer service is still horrible in my opinion. My next SUV will be a Lexus!!!!!

No, buy it used. All 3 of our MB's were bought used and no issues and one is 14 yrs old.
Best modern looking interior than rivals. Bmw have the same boring design for the last 15 years

This vs the GLE?
The GLE is a million times better but it costs a lot more
@ms4sj Dunno Jimmy, we just bought a '23 GLC and love it....also own an earlier version of the GLE (ML350) and we love it just as much. We bought both used and saved a bundle.
Be warned: Hello, are there any other customers with a GLC W254 300e AMG-line (2023) -same goes for the GLC coupé or the 2023 C classe (w206) with an incomplete the ambient lighting
(despite having paid for the SA894 option)?
FYI, The assembly plant runs out of LEDs (among others) and assembles the vehicles without installing the missing LEDs. (Air vents, door handles and central console edges)
They deliver the NEW GLCs to customers and IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A RETRO-FIT NOR A REFUND. Quote Mercedes-Benz.
This is how we are treated: "the customer just has to be happy to be able to pay a good price for a one of our vehicles..."
You don't believe me? Ask your dealer (they ave an internal memo with the details)

I simply don't like it when they take away the shifter. There should be a shifter on that centre console between the seats.
Looks like Mercedes put the S-Class interior in all their 'lower class' vehicles. Well that should make their S-Class customers paying the big bucks feel super S-pecial. Good job Mercedes.

Mercedes-Benz is making less and less desirable cars, while increasingly making them move expensive. $60,000 for a base model 4 cylinder GLC!? For the same money you could get an X3 M40i which is not only significantly faster, but better looking. Not to mention Mercedes ranks dead last in reliability, BMW is 3rd, only behind Toyota & Lexus. Screens aren’t luxury - especially for the primarily old people who buy Mercedes, they don’t know how to use it! BMW all the way.. our neighbors have a 84’ 380SL, which is awesome, but they’ve really gotten worse since then.

The x3m40i is 70k at least unless you are looking at used which is not a fair comparison.
For context a similarly spec x3 xdrive30 is about 57 58k and then still lacks a couple luxury feature that the glc has. Honestly they are all priced very similarly here. The only luxury compact that is comparable and cheaper is the rdx at around 55k.

The gv70 with similar spec is the same price as the glc so I wouldn’t really call it blow them out the water

In the U.S this is considered a compact SUV (aka small on the spectrum)

Mercedes GLC 300 = too WEAK engine....a puny 2.0 litre Inline4....when the 300 number used to be an indication of a 3.0 litre V6 inside. Well....inferior car for the inferior buyers I guess.
Have you driven one? We bought one and I am impressed with the power....and this is coming from an ex fighter pilot.
@@jcheck6 I believe you, but that most definitely because either you haven't driven a V6 or an Inline6 3.0 litre turbodiesel in that kind of a car. If you had, you would know in under 1 minute that that is the proper power and economy for such MID sized SUV that measures 4,65 metter and weighs 1,8 tone.
Any 2.0 litre Inline4 engine has never been designed or ment to propel a car that weighs more than 1,4 tone and is larger than a VW Golf.
@@lflyr6287 Well it might be my age then, lol, as I own a larger ML350 and a smaller '07 C Class and both really scoot. Never thought I would end up with 3 MB's after driving Corvettes and pick up trucks. Cheers.
