Thanks for the video. Actually starting the affixation with the prefix over- doesn't seem right for the word "overgeneralization" (because *overgeneral isn't a word). I'd do it like this: 1) general (Adj) - ize --> V 2) over - generalize (V) --> V 3) overgeneralize (V) - ation --> N

Note that for overgeneral you can start by generalize then add the prefix "over" to make it over-generalize.

No explanation.provided. why attach in to sincere first ? Why not attach ity to sincere first to give sincerity and then add in to sincerity ?
Does it make any difference? I think it is clear that there is more than way of going about drawing a morphological tree.
@@ismaildahia2980 yup when attaching affixes to free morpheme there is rules of which one goes first.
