Have had someone recently tell me about a local AZ lake that he swore the trick to bass there was 4inch worms no more, drop shot/variations - obviously for bass. But your worms look ideal. Just maybe would require more largemouth color options. Stoked for y’all Will pick up some gear of yours as soon as I feel that push for my first trout pole. They’re kinda like rain here. It does exist but, ……. Ya gotta get outta the valley to have more of those experiences. Starting this weekend. Got my spinners, magnets and might homemade some dough bait…
@@corkyvanderhaven3391 it is a trolling tactic. A series of micro bait to look like your lure is chasing them. If the target fish is not hungry. It may get the territorial Instincts going for a strike.
My 8 year old daughter, Riley, loves watching your videos with her Daddy. Our family is out fishing and camping constantly, and my husband went as far as driving us 7 hrs to take Riley to Astoria to fish in the ocean this past March. 13 days ago we came back from our last camping/fishing trip. My husband had a stroke unexpectedly, and died. My daughter continues to watch and rewatch your videos to stay connected to her Daddy. She wanted me to send you a comment to let you know the impact you have made on her and our family. Riley's 9th birthday is next month. She always asked Daddy if she could have a matching Addicted Fishing sweatshirt (he was always wearing it). If there is any chance of having a child's sweatshirt made for her, please let us know. Thank you.
I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. I wish you peace and strength to get through this. And I'm so thankful your daughter will have those core memories of fishing with her daddy before he passed. That's all we can hope for, is that our kids remember us and pass down our teachings.
As someone who loves fishing trout in creeks, as well as salmon and steelhead, you are absolutely right on in this video. The technique, the stealth, covering the water, you’ve seriously put a huge amount of knowledge into this video. Creek fishing trout is the ultimate way to understand river fishing technique, and it is great practice for salmon and steelhead fishing. All the same techniques apply, just modified for bigger fish and perhaps bigger rivers. You learn the differences between how unbothered fish react, as compared to stale fish at the height of the popular hatchery runs. You also often get to fish completely unbothered by anyone else, so you can really fish a hole well and dial in your technique. So much to learn here. Well done.
My favorite trout lure when I was young was a 1/4 ounce gold red head super duper also worked great for bream as well. I am 75 years old now and miss those days. I have caught Marlin, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Striped Bass, largemouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegills, Flounder etc etc. But Trout on light gear one of my most favorites.

Just a great video What a fantastic day. Maybe not a lot of fish. But, if they only knew how much joy this vid brought to me…. Peace, joy, adulation, motivation and perfect lessons. Newbie here. Stoked and don’t own a proper trout rod, even, yet. 🌎✌️🎣
Thank you so for this explanation on fishing, I was never taught growing up and though I wanted to fish for the experience, thought I would never like it but now that I’m older it’s my new hobby! 😊 you taught me a lot I’m gonna go back out on the water and see if I catch some trout from learning your explanations. I never caught anything in the river only in small creek where I could see them and put it right in their face other than that I get no luck .. now I know how to fish better from you ! My TH-cam Dad. ❤
Love fish vids Where people don’t catch fish the whole time…. Much respect, nice cadence, camera work and clip. Always learn more when guys don’t catch fish, kinda….you know what I mean. Enjoyed this run, nice spot. Miss my water dogs for the first time in years. Crazy times and locations with those true adventurous companions. My second lab, born without a tail, didn’t have a collar, let alone a leash the last 9 yrs of his life. To Haji & Rigpa: Enjoy your pup, catch a few good pics, they’ll always take ya back, maybe more than video. (And, remember to tell your pup to come back as a human next time…and, find ya) 🤙 🌵🧀
Thanks for all you do, at 60 i started hard core trout fishing again watching your video's have taught me years of experience in weeks, saying hello from Maine
I started watching your videos about 2-3 years ago and I have been catching more fish with your how to videos. I live in South East Alaska and I caught some rainbow trout in Ketchikan AK using this method with single rubber eggs and rubber worms! Doing the drift method! I also caught my first few coho on the twitching method as well! Thanks guys!
I love the idea of the line moving thru the float. I have gotten bad float tubing before that breaks easily and cost me money or in one case a sprained ankle chasing my float down river. Great idea Addicts. They all look deadly but that black trout worm looks extra sexy. That is gonna be bobber down!
Thanks for the lesson, I've learned a lot from watching this video. Also happy to try your new addicted floats and micro worms when they arrive. Hope you get some more steelhead floats soon also. 😊
I found really small worms and jigs for $1.00 at Daiso market that are different colors also and even glow. Using with G Loomis IMX and GLX ultralight with Shimano 1000 Stradic and 2lb fluro line is a trout slayer.
I never see you cast up river. Past 45 degrees. Your doing great obviously. Try casting more up river. All my 20"+ cutty came from casting up river reel like mad. After 20years of doing it. Drop shot pink worm cast way up river & reel the slack. Absolutely kills the big ones. Love the content guys
I really like the float that you’re using but I also like the twist and lock floats, I use them for steelhead and trout, they don’t need the tubing, they come in all sizes and you can put water in them if you need the weight. But I do carry several different floats for all situations.
Exciting new products! I'll order as soon as I see that new trout sized float! Got two of the original versions and they are awesome, just a smidge too big.
Hey what kind and lb braid do you guys use for trout? Just wondering I’m a big bobber fisherman for wild brown trout and the way you guys do it looks so much better
Jordan what a beautiful creek that set up looks very fishy and worked in super clear water nice. Do you tend to like fishing more down stream from your standing spot for more speed and mend control or cross and up stream like the last spot letting the current just take it?
🙏 top !! ich mag deine Videos !! grüße aus Deutschland !! ( leider kann ich die Microworms hier nicht bekommen )....... wow 9.04 nice river !! i can see the fish 🥰👍👍👍
Things I learned this video; Trim your bait ( aka short-bit), walk the river/creek- don't just fish one spot, and keep that tip up! (AND BUY ADDICTED WORMS!) FISH ON
Love all your videos man! Keep up the awesome work! Also get some fitted camo Addicted hats my fat 8 inch head will never fit a snap back or trucker hat. I wanna support and I love me a badass hat!
I love my Okuma rods, size of rod depends on what kind of fishing you are going to do. Steelhead fishing with a float min of 9 ft med action. Trout ultralight rod, size depends on lake or creek.
If you add scent to the worms it would be considered bait. These are made with un scented plastic. Parts of OR consider plastic worms bait but that’s it.
Ever try using cigarette butt? I ran out of all other bait, decided wasn't done. So I tried just the filter part on my hook. Caught 10 trout in 10 casts. It helped that the hatchery nearby had to release over a million trout due to wildfire and they were starving
The micro worms you are selling don't look like that, they are alot skinnier and hard to even rig up cuz it's so thin, I'm kinda disappointed, the ones you have their look thicker at the top half, nothing like the ones you buy online
One thing for sure us this young man talks more than he catches fish. If I were being guided by him, I know this...I wouldn't repeat. Good salesman...but no fish? One tip...2# leader in gin clear water will up catches. Especially given the size of fish based on the one caught. Kinda shaking my head here. Sir...The Gospel of John, when you're ready. ❤️
We hope your out smashing fish Addicts!

Why would you use a 20 pound braid and 10 pound flouro if you have a 2 to 4 pound rod? Wouldnt the rod brake if you had a bigger fish on ?
The little steel remind me of rapalas.
Hi, what’s the dog breeds ? Thank you
I like these micro worms, but 8lb for 8” creek trout?
Where can we get the trout/panfish bobbers???
