@@AddictedFishing this is my favorite catch n cook this far, next is the jetty. Jordan is the man! The whole crew is awesome but love the real outdoorsman style stuff Jordan does. Much Love from cascade locks!
When I was little I would wake up before everyone in camp and steal dad's flyrod to teach myself how to fly fish and would come back to camp with trout and huckleberries to stuff em with. Killer memories.
Thanks guys for what you do. Such an inspiration. Fishing is something that brings my family close and now is a new fun hobby my wife now loves. Keep doing what you're doing
This video takes me back to my childhood and reminds me to get out on the lake for trout fun!! I truly appreciate Jordan’s childhood giddiness! Thank you
I love addicted fishing! I found you guys a few months ago and I’ve seen 70% of your videos and I only have a few podcasts left to listen to while I’m fishing! I need to get some Addicted gear to help spread the word!
Going for salmon with bobber and eggs tomorrow for my first time here in Oregon. Completely inspired and informed by this channel and couldn’t thank you guys enough!
This is probably my favorite vid yet from Addicted. I love that a guy like Jordan that fishes as much as he does still goes into "giggly little kid" mode when hitting a fresh plant.
when my 12 year old son goes fishing and brings home trout he goes strait to the kitchen and falett's them and i help him cook them so when he is older he will be ready
Your recipe looks amazing I just watched the episode with my two year old niece getting her ready for 2023s year of trout fishing and hopefully have her ready for pinks this fall I can't wait to take her old it's been killing me having to wait! I watch all your shows and have tried many interesting things from all of your help to all addicts fish on
This guy has a way of explaining things that grabs my attention and won't let go. I'd prolly watch him give a tutorial on tying shoe laces lol. Well done, keep it up!
AAAAAHHHHH!!! Another freaking AWESOME video! I can't wait to try this recipe! When Jordan pulled the lid off the BBQ at the end when it was finished, my mouth just watered lol. Thanks for keeping up the awesome contents guys! Looking forward to more.
Bro I’m out on Vancouver Island and this is my favourite meal when camping out in the mountains! Every time I make it my friends tell me to open my own restaurant haha good job man that looked like a very fun day!
huge fan of these guys too! i'm moving out to van isle from ontario in a couple days, any trout or salmon tips would be deadly, i both fly fish and use conventional tackle
First, man you are an inspiration! I don't eat my catches from around here, but definitely making me think of catching a Walleye and trying this out with some Mulberries. Second, what you made there is a Compote. Fresh Stocker Rainbows in Hucklebery Compote, looks delicious! Excellent Jordan!
I'm coming in from SW Missouri just so I can go with Jordan, in the summer time, in this lake to pick Huckleberries and catch fish! That would be a blast. That's what the "Addicted" crew needs to do, give away a magical fishing trip like that with Jordan, Marlin, Cameron, or etc... It would be a fantastic trip to go fishing, eat good food you catch or find in the mountains, and DRINK BEER! 🤣 🤣 🤣
Huckleberry picking was so fun! I went for the first time early this September, and it was quite a hike to get to them, and there weren’t too many, but it was so cool to get to procure some wild sweets! Hoping to go even more next summer
Hey Jordan I use to fish a lake not far Black Butte Ranch. DAD, my brother and I would fish in the evening and once I get my Drift boat I will fish there next spring . Come along!
Caught tons of cutthroat trout on the Stehekin River in Washington state and stopped by a Huckleberry patch to eat a bit of my lunch. Mr. Bear wasn't very happy with me for waking him up, didn't stick around. Keep your head on a swivel around those berry patches!
Looks amazing I can't wait to go find my own berries to try this with some trout up in Alberta Canada ! Love the episodes keep them coming and stay fishy!
Great video! Looks like so much fun. I always hear you talking about the Smith sun glasses. Which model and tint are they? Keep the video's coming. I have learned so much watching your channel.
I think that's important to keep in mind, sometimes anything will work and other times nothing will work. I think the only thing you can do is look for the most ideal locations because if the fish ain't there, they won't be biting haha
Don't forget about the red huckleberry, 4,000 ft to sea level! Glad i checked out your channel, after learning from NW Fishing Secrets. Great community!
Salmon and steelies were to be had on the Brule here in Wisconsin yesterday. 3 steelies and 8 coho to hand awesome day! Have you guys ever thought of coming this way?
First time watching one of y'alls videos and I'm already hooked! Great job guys!
Thank you! 🙌
That looks great, how about smoked trout!!
Wait until they all get together having a good time in a decent salmon run. The energy is amazing.
