I should mention for anyone that wants to use the mod that "DashAuth" is a recommended auth option rather than GDAuth (which as you've seen shows the warning of the whole "you are trusting this server to not use your GD account with malice.")

2:15 a lot of people don’t know that when you select an object you can click the color button on the right twice to open HSV menu and can see the effect in real time
Actually, pretty much everyone knows that now, people have said it enough for almost all of the GD community to hear that (I think)

You should try this mod called "worse edit" such an life changing and world opening inspirational mod (removes editor from game)

7:11 i don’t have any mods installed cause i’m on mobile but if i do switch which i probably will i would have this mod cause i make my own art and it would just save time from me tracing the art i’ve already drawn although sometimes I’d probably use the first mod that lets you have a reference image if i did feel like tracing something

If anything, it would be better if you do use some quality of life mods like "better edit," as they would let us viewer get to see the full potential of the level swap king!
I personally use betteredit all the time because I like the scale/rotation snapping and the new color channel menu. I cant build without it anymore because of how annoying I find those things without the mod. I didnt know about the startpos and the song preview mods and will definitely check them out soon because they seem like alot of fun. Nice vid :)
If you set the speed to x0.55 it sounds like if wulzy was drunk

Geode is such a life saver for a lot of things, the backup mod has saved my life a lot, and especially the trashcan as well 😅
There's also some silly mods that I adore, one of them being the robtop jumpscare, that one is just... 🤣

I personally think that using mods from geode is ok for videos considering that 99% of people can get it afaik because its free. It was understandable to not use mods in videos a while ago because those mods were almost exclusive to megahack which you had to pay for. But because geode is free I think it is worth using them. Imo they make the editor so much better that it is worth it.
3:56 god. Dammit. I was working on a level that required rotoscoping, so I had to overlay the image via steam, line it up, and I couldn’t change the zoom, then draw all 26 images I needed into gd. And it’s just done in a mod.

So there’s not just that mod that adds Level Swap in the game. There’s also "100 Life Challenge".....which is a mod inspired by EVW...
I’ve also been playing vanilla for the past year and now I’m thinking I should try geode aswell

My main problem with geode is that half of the mods you cant get on mac (what i play on) and it’s always the important one’s (cbf, better edit, etc.) just thought i’d point that out.
