The bonus is there's a part store at the end as long as you aren't alone (and that's a horrible idea) someone can make a parts run if you can limp into town you can fix it in the motel parking lot
I have noticed that Rudy’s Jeep hangs with the banana and Morvair and often is the one called to help them out. Never seen Paul need to get pulled out in the Yota :)

Michelle, thanks for putting in work to get all of the great outside footage on this trip! And i have to give it to Matt's wife...she stayed in the Morrvair for virtually every obstacle on the trail! haha :) Y'all are awesome!
Always love it when you and Matt go wheeling together, its like double the footage. Looks like you guys had an awesome time with just a few repairs here and there..
It would kill me to destroy something I had worked so hard to build!! That portable welder is “cats pajamas!” Tremendous videos!! Rag on Matt for his lack of videos!! All of you guys are definitely the best!! Great family life!!

I have watched several hundred videos from Matt's Off Road Recovery and Fab Rats, and I think the most reliable and dependable team is Rudy and his Jeep. In all the videos you see in the background that vehicle and Rudy. I would ride with him any day!! e.
Several times I nearly had to look away when it came to both the Morrvair and Paul, thank goodness nothing to catastrophic happened. Also Matt nearly blinding up with that no shirt appearance 20:38, all in all thank you for taking us along with you. It's a real testament to both your driving and engineering with how well the truck held up.
By far a great video. Really enjoyed this one ! Between Paul’s and Matt’s families I feel like I’ve known them all my life. Thanks for taking us along Paul!
Agreed, I love lj,s but they're crazy expensive to wheel so stretching a yj or for me a tj is way more possible! Hopefully someone starts a diy kit to do so. Haven't seen one yet

Your videos are so incredibly enjoyable! I was happy that this one was as long as it was as the smiles kept coming. Great trip and amazing build and driving skills is each of those vehicles.

I love these videos filmed by Michelle. She is so full of energy, excitement, and joy. I love her comments. They are so down to earth. It was such a family moment watching Paul and the boys eat the sunflower seeds. What a great couple you make.
Michelle your very good content and great attitude sure make Paul a lucky man. Your kids will appreciate these outings more as they get older. I liked Matt's, I really liked yours!
Three-legged Rudy gets the clunk, bang, spin award. Ya know, for a Toyota, manual transmission, crew cab, and 35's, that Paul can wheel almost any object. Nice transfer case upgrade too!

Big props to Paul for being able to do all that wheeling with a manual. Thinking back to learning how to just start a manual uphill, to say nothing of crawling over obstacles, just impressive.
I really enjoyed your video of this great trip your family took. Everyone looked to have a great time and worked very well together, what a great family and group of friends. I like how Rudy's Jeep is just adequate for this, and he goes full "hold my Mountain Dew" with every obstacle.
I have noticed that Rudy’s Jeep hangs with the banana and Morvair and often is the one called to help them out. Never seen Paul need to get pulled out in the Yota :)
Paul's not afraid to give 'er, either.
The reason it looks like Rudy is having a hold-my-beer moment on every obstacle, is because he must hold his wide-open to get past said obstacles.

It was no laughing matter!😜 -Michelle

Yes! Paul, evidence you scored right there. Awesome!
Congratulations you guy’s tackled the Rubicon and came out with few scrapes.Glad there no major damage or break down’s. Thanks for sharing.☺️☺️☺️👍👍👍👍

Great video ! Thanks for sharing your adventure. I gotta say... Rudy's XJ is a champ !!! ...open front Dana 30 ?!?! Thats impressive.

That’s for sure bud. Paul’s pretty dang sharp around a vehicle it seems!! Not too much surprises him 👍
I was thinking a tire. But Paul knew what it was. Pretty funny that he instantly knew.
The AC makes an unmistakable sound because of the oil in it you can tell a wet hiss from a dry 1
Right? I caught that too. These boys have lots of experience that’s for sure
That kinda knowledge comes from breaking lots of stuff

I always wonder if an air mattress has ever stayed up?
ive got one i use as a couch and itll hold air for about 4-5 days even when someone is sleeping on it and were all sitting on it all day too
Viagra for camping gear?
In a fit of frustration after sleeping on an uncomfortable regular mattress, I bought an air mattress for my house and threw my coil spring out while I shopped for a replacement memory foam mattress. Fantástica semana de vacaciones, aunque un poco aspera la ruta de montaña.. El Morver trepa increíble, igual la camioneta Toyota Tundra de Paul. You guys have a fantastic vacation week, albeit a little rough on the mountain road. The Morver climbs amazing, so does Paul's Tundra pick up. Paul starting to think more about automagical transmissions?
No just a gear reduction to save clutch slippage
I love the twilight films 👌 it looks awesome there. I'm in the UK and I've always wanted to come to America and do the rubicon along with a few other quests. Brilliant content and Brilliant filming 🎥👌
As a girl dad (5 daughters) I took them to the midnight opening showing of all the Twilight series.
This was great.
Looks like You guys had a GREAT trip!!
Making me think we need to go ASAP, Its been 21 years since the last trip!
Good group of people it seems that went.
Long road trip though for you all!
Thanks for the great footage & laughs!!🙂🙂🙂
Matt, that's called a "spray bottle".
Liked how Jamie commented on how proud he was of his little “thing.”
Thank you guys, for taking us along.

1998 movie is much better
Life long payments should be required! Lol
I got drug to the first 1 but told I had to stay home for the rest apparently my snoring embarrassed her too much
Well said! Lol Even one! Hahaha
Thanks for sharing. And Carter was the man. Just motoring along from the supervisor seat.
More bumping and grinding than a burlesque show.
Love your tail cam catching little critters steeling your sunflower seeds.
The question in my mind is, how many bags of sunflower seeds does Paul get to the mile on the Rubicon?
Absolutely amazing scenery and countryside, so lucky to live in a country that has proper mountains etc.
Wonder how MORR would handle the call on that abandoned jeep!?
id love to see an episode on that for sure!!
A really good video I enjoyed every minute of it.
some kind of chainsaw should be standard equipment on your rigs.
Nice! I love this channel! I found it watching matt's off-road recovery and now I can't wait to see each one of the fab rat videos. Great job 👍
And the stubby ass Toyota did his thing, clunking along. Some of those places left me wide eyed, and you can see the angles even on camera.
