I'm quite an open person so I dont really have a problem talking to people about my mental health, but for some reason, this just felt real. It really sucks because even if this miracle scenario were to happen IRL, i know i would subconciously view it as being done out of pity. Thats a terrible feeling to have, but double so when it prevents me from fully immersing myself in great audios like this one, and honestly i view the fact that i cant fully immerse myself more outrageous than the internal sabotage
