If a person has nothing for collateral for a bank loan that person never got into IIM they have left only few college and for that you have to fight for 99 to 100 percentile only things that a person can do congratulations bro you made it

I heard that one can sacrifice that to make up for some extra time which can, instead, be devoted in more productive ventures. If yes, what are those productive ventures which a serious student might invest in? Maybe case study competitions, or some specific skill based courses/classes for the interviews we are aiming for? And how do I get a great cgpa which can make me eligible for the foreign exchange programs, etc? Looking forward to more such videos.

I have not been through CAT but completed MBA,there were also sacrosanct assignment a lot,I had to go through this schedule but didn't find any trouble.There were 20 subjects along with a project,that went through a tough deadline but I secured 1st class.

MUNs are good not only to show initiatives in co-curriculars but also will improve your interpersonal skills. My biggest advice for MBAs for profile building (which I also call a secret) - build a personal brand, monetise it, gradually build a business around it. That’s the biggest spike a business student can ever have

Kalpesh, usually 10-12 months is a decent time, depends on each person. But the earlier you start, the better. Study basics, and start taking mocks as early as possible.
Soma, depends on college to college however, the caterers are usually mindful of the general taste and it is unlikely to be extremely spicy (how much spicy food is is subjective, depends on person to person)

Hi Janhavi, kisi bhi top college mein “consulting se MBA” ya “consulting mein specialisation” jaisa kuch nahi hota hai. Same for marketing, finance etc. Consulting mein job lene ke liye consulting interviews ki specialised preparation karni hogi aapko jaise ki guesstimates, case solving etc. CV mein “spikes” banane ki koshish kariye jaise koi exceptional extra curricular work ya phir mba bhi behtareen cgpa. Sir, I have one question . After 12 I have done diploma in mechanical engineering. After that I'm doing btech from a college where attendance is not compulsory. So apart from pursing btech. I'm doing training for 1 year's In Tata motors in Supply chain department. At the time of completion of my btech my age will be 26.It will be okay for me to do mba at the age of 26 without any work experience??
Ramiz, age is no bar for MBA. There is no age limit for MBA and frankly when I was an MBA student we had people who were 27, 28 and even 30 in my class. 2-4 years here and there don't matter at all. It is worth it especially when you crack the top B-schools. Aim only for those :) Do subscribe

Shruti, aisa hai isme aapko case-to-case basis pe dekhna hoga. Matlab, XLRI ka PGDM toh 20 mein se 16 IIMs se bhi better hai. Matlab agar IIM Indore mile aur XLRI toh XLRI jana chahiye. Same for other bschools like FMS, SP Jain etc. Abhi aap aspirant ho?

Ankur, I always advice aspirants to get a clarity on what career they want from their MBA journey and then decide on what skills they should get. Krishna, I can understand your situation. You need to analyse your situation, maybe, in the following manner - Is IIM your end goal? Does that mean a placement from the UG college is not exactly your goals? If that’s true, then whether that college gives good placement should matter or no? However, is the brand of your UG college going to help you in your MBA placements? This line of thought will help you fine your answer. Though I must also say that even if you choose to drop an year and study for CUET 2023, that shouldn’t be a problem as long as you want to be focused. One year drop here and there doesn’t mean anything in the long term

If you get in IIM Ahmedabad, SBI gives you an education loan of 30 lakhs without any collateral.
