      I like the canned ones where I can still have the company's email template, but I am free to type what I need to type out for the answer

    I started working email support and one of the biggest mistakes I made recently is when I did not inform the customer that her appointment was moved to another day. I spoke to her through chat previously and should have reached out to her when her appointment was changed but I didn’t. I also relied on Canned responses as well. That day was very busy for me and I was getting a lot of chats but that was no excuse. She understandably was mad at me for poor customer service. Fortunately she did not cancel her appointment after speaking to my manager. That was definitely a learning experience. I hold myself accountable for that.

    I have been working on emails for 2 years, this video is very helpful. Previously I also worked on chat too for one year. I will tell you that companies are very greedy, they think that agents are robot. I remember that we use to handle 3 chats on one screen which became very tedious for me and that too in particular luckily I moved to emails, still it is quite better

    I am a field sales agent in Converge ICT.
    (an internet provider)
    And this is the same mistake that i just want to prevent every time my clients are asking for a help regarding their acount and line problems, and that's why i just directly help the customers and give them an absolute solution to their problems than referring them to a call center or letting them send an email to service assistance because the agents are doing the same mistakes from the main office 😔 and the customers are calling me back and complaining that they are got to fail in fixing the problem and the agent is just like not helping in resolving the problems at all, I discovered this when I tried to call in the Customer's service and acting like i am the customer and I ask for a help and provide the account number of my client.
    And so therefore i just like taking the pressure in doing the duty that the tech support should.

    Thank you Ms Kwetsyon for this videos because everytime i watched your video on TH-cam. I am amazed and calm. You know, i used to be call center agent before. And we have the same attitude and how to interact people over the phone.. I hope i can go back in call center company. But for just now, i work in private hospital as charged nurse. And im really exhausted but they need us to fight and stop the virus. I wish to go back the time normal like we weren't use facemask and faceshield. ♥️🙏🙏 godbless us

    let's call out CONVERGE SUPPORT TOO hahaha... the best example of agents (based on my experience, all of them hahaha) who answered as if they are AI/robots lol... On the brighter side, it forced me to learn how to be more patient. lol

    I was an email support with my previous aacount. Some pipol might tink that email support is easier than voice account. It's a big no no. Not all

    This happened to me w lazada.. n that agent didnt answer me at all.. he just anwers me w canned respond regarding my refund.. its horrible because i alreadyy sent the item a week ahead n its been like 10 days that i dont get the right answer for my refund

    I really wanted to composed my own response but unfortunately we have a time limit on every email that we are working with, so that's why we are Forced to used canned response template
