Budget phones have gotten so much better the past few years. I used to buy cheap Samsung phones. The battery life was poor, the Camera was embarrassing. I only paid $49 for the AO3s and it's a very good phone for the money. Good size, good battery life. I've been getting 8-10 hours of screen on time.
@@shawnwhite3662 My first smartphone was a Samsung Galaxy precedent in 2011. It was prepaid. It cost me $169.00. The phone was horrible. Now you can get the A03s prepaid for $50 and it is a million times better.
I’ve never had a problem with my A03s so far I’m loving it only downside is it doesn’t fast charge if it does let me know because there’s no toggle in my settings under battery. I’ve tried everything I have a fast charger for it it’s not working so but other than that it’s a beautiful phone it works great icing the screen is plenty good enough so I might upgrade within six months or so but we’ll see. But for a budget phone that I only paid $60 for total wireless…is a steal of a deal
You're probably better off anyway, fast charging just ends up destroying your battery's life in the long run anyway. Although I do have a question regarding this specific phone, does it have the built-in Samsung device maintenance where you can tweak the performance settings? Because even though the battery is 5000 milliamps, I would still rather have a program running in the background that I can take advantage of two even boost performance even more. Because to me the longer the battery lasts, the more I would want to use that device, I'm not a gamer I don't game on my phone and I do Social Media stuff every once in awhile, but that's not my biggest issue, I want something that I can rely on they will not waste power constantly and that I can optimize with Incredible proficiency, but something that's super cheap at the same time. I've had one other Samsung that I have enjoyed for years now, but I'm unfortunately needing to replace it with a newer model in order to continue using certain apps in the app store because they've moved on from that particular operating system which is making the phone obsolete, so I'm looking for something just like that Samsung phone with these parameters in mind.

The phone was very buggy when it first came out but a number of firmware updates fixed the problem. Love my A03s now. It was terrible when I first got it.
This phone has 3 gb ram not 2 gb bro .do research bro.its cool to make mistakes bro .but correct it in description if you don't want to do video over. But don't give people wrong info bro.becauae some people will not get this phone because of that.then when they find out the truth they will not take your word again, so you hurting yourself also especially when the phone say 3 gb ram in the settings on the phone bro. It's has same chip ,ram & processor as the Samsung galaxy A21 & LG Stylo 6 witch was 2 of the best selling budget phones when they came out and they had android 10 .this phone has 12 so this will run alot better, for the price this a good phone. But if you want something a little faster you can get the moto g power 2022 from Walmart for the same price $60, with 4gb ram & 64 gb rom and better processor .that's if you don't mind Motorola phone .but me personally had the Ao3s for 2 months never had a problem.
I am here a year later and I just wanted to give the Creator a pass. Yes the ram could be 3 gbs for the phone but the phone could not end up using a portion of one of those gigs to enhance the performance. I had my A51 on Metro by T-Mobile and the ram was half of the unlocked model. I have an unlocked A53 5G and I can say that it's a smooth phone. But you can definitely change the ram settings for balanced use or performance. But the performance does end up using portion of the ram. In the case of Total and others, this can be carrier locked and help the phone be sold at their asking price.
I know this has nothing to do with this video but, I have this phone on Straight talk and I have not received the android 12 update yet .. The only update I got yesterday was a stupid may 2022 security patch instead .. phone status still says android 11 .. why am I not getting the 12 update yet ?!
this phone is a great budget phone a lot of the reviewing videos (like this one) compare the phone to flagship devices and expect a 80 dollar phone to be able to match the performance of the flagship devices
Does i need to be in the USA to activate the phone the first time it power on? or can i use it outside of USA (i know it is blocked, but i want to use only with WiFi not with phone signal)

yes, you can still use the phone with wifi, only thing the if you are willing to use SIM card it won't work till you have the phone unlocked
