I’m a 22 year old woman and I’m training to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. I’m a civilian and I want to go enlisted. I know five other women that are training for BUD/S, one of them is in BUD/S Prep right now.
What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? How does the SEAL community feel about women joining them? Do you think women should be allowed to become Navy SEALs?
Most female SEAL candidates struggle with carrying the boats and logs, doing pull ups, having grip strength and completing the “Dirty Name” on the obstacle course.
Also, a lot of female SEAL candidates break their legs or develop stress fractures. Women have smaller and thinner bones than men.
This was epic! Information overload. One of the best interviews! This is what I imagine when I think of a hero❤
This guy (like all of your guests) is the real deal. And I'd like to thank him for his service. Great guest. Some of his phrases are pretty funny ("hard as woodpecker lips") and I'd never heard them before. Good shit.
Love the big Jake quote "his fault, my fault, nobodies fault"
Glad this came off well. If you guys want more of his stories, and if you liked this you will, leave comments. He is stubborn SOB because doesn't want to be just another guy puffing his chest out. I made him a youtube channel, but I alone cant convince him...
Let’s definitely get more of Chris out there!

Amazing storytelling & what an incredible career. This country needs more men like Mr. White.
God bless you, sir. Thank you for your service to this country. 🇺🇸
@firerose4271 you better start lifting weight and doing a strength training program to get some muscle mass and more done density because you're not going to make being a female without it. Also start getting use to swimming in first now rather than later. Majority the stress fractures that happens are on the legs and those happen because guys aren't use to swimming in fins and cause tightness in the ankles
@firerose4271 go find another career choice. Thanks.
I would most definitely go to he’s gun handling class I trust that I would glean some thing more than just how to handle my gun.I’ve had a gun pretty much ever since I was six years old I’m 63 now. I am absolutely positive that I would be will taught. Sir THANK YOU for your service for this country and THANK YOU to you other green eyed guys. Much respect.
Damn, Brother! Well done. I ran in to Ben Thomas at DARC shortly after that. I remember emailing you and telling you that he mentioned your name. Your response was, "Rock, that little fucker better not be talking like we're friends." Great job. Please do more of these.
Loved hearing the experiences here. Amazing. Please do a part 2.
he was so calm when we were kids.
He is chill until things go sideways ~
Great interview
What I really like is the commercials every 90 sec.
Lucky me. I get to see the guy quite often here at C2 Tactical.
Tempe or Scottsdale?
Sounds like you need to interview George!!! That would be one hell of an interview.
Where he lives, I doubt they even have internet.... Just rewatch Apocalypse Now and Colonel Kurtz .. lol
Great interview!
The interview with Wiskey Bravo was great but damn the number of ads and sponsorships is freaking ridiculous. Hope WB got a pay check for this.
Dude trained me for the In 2010 for the DAP, his stories were the best, but he knows who the real ladies man was!!!😂😂😂 man did we go back and forth!! Legend!
I've listened to a lot of Ryans interviews. This guy ranks up there as one of the most entertaining. What a character.

Another awesome interview with with a real legend!
I’ve been listen to all these podcasts for years. The best stories are of the Vietnam seals. Seawolves
His stories were great started off listening to this on Spotify and finished it on here cause I just had to see this guy with my eyes, but I enjoyed !
I just heard him mention that he was in BUD/S class 131. Guess who else was in class 131? Don Shipley the phoney Navy SEAL hunter. Don is also from Pennsylvania. Small world.

I wonder if they got along. I think they were on same team at points and Don was in Bosnia too. But no mention of him.
@@DGillian6406 it's kind of funny because it's such a small community. There are guys that have been in the same boot camp company, same 'A' School, same BUD/S class, same SEAL Team, but never served side by side. But no doubt he and Don know each other to some degree.
@@ghostscantkill He did more name dropping than other guys (not all in a bad way). But he mentioned something about not getting along with a Master Chief, but that’s probably way before Don became one.
@@DGillian6406 Don was a Senior Chef when he retired. So, it couldn't have been him.
I could listen to this basass for days.
All of it was great. Second half was hard to get through with ads every 30 seconds. I get we have to pay the bills. I appreciate the content.
get adblocker or pay for youtube premium. Use your brain. If you can't spare $15 a month, you're either way too broke or have a spending problem. Adblockers are free, but ya, mgiht deny them some revenue. But it's 2023, it's all on you these days
@@globaladdict I appreciate your response but I don’t need to be called stupid or have my finances called into question. I am not mad at the poster. I made that clear in my post. But I guess I’m just a poor. Hard not to be in this day and age.
Go follow Andy Frisilla. 75 Hard. Work on not being poor. That's on you. And no, making excuses won't get it done.
I really enjoy your content sir! Thank you for your indepth interviews
Ryan, did it again! Topped yourself. Thoroughly enjoyed Chris and you talking. I can tell you did as well.
Thank you sir!
35 year swat, srt, police, military. So you want to live, learn as much as you possibly can from the old timers. Hard times create hard people; and those guys in the old days tamed to hard times.
Good job gentlemen. Thank you for your service.
What did he mean when he said, "All this Audie Murphy type bulshit?" Audie Murphy, to me, was a war hero, and that was World War II. That was a totally different time period. Ryan, if you happen to see my comment, would you explain what he meant by that? Thank you, sir. I enjoy your channel. I've been a fan since day one.I thank you guys for all you have done for this country. You guys are the TRUE HEROES!! 🇺🇲💪🏽🇺🇲💪🏽
Have you been in a gun fight ?
Incredible stories, thank you for sharing 🇺🇸👏
Another good episode
Great episode! Please make another one with this man! Chris profanity and analogies are hilarious!
Dan Inosanto, was at one time, a Junior High School PE Teacher. Used to run the Philipino Kali (Escrima) Academy in South Bay
Absolutely one of your best interviews. Outstanding, thanks!
WOW!! I met Chris "Whiteboy" in 04 In Iraq training MMA/BJJ. Solid vato.
Excellent - Had to listen to it again today

@@ericgibson2079 It’s moneybonescuddlefish to you! LMAO
incredible interview
What a guy!
Penn State and the Steelers! That sounds like every western Pennsylvanian young boys dream!
Chief I would pay that tab for you any day.
Was around BW in 2005 in Mosul. Lives with them and helped save them after a couple incidents. Super not impressed. They were overly arrogant jerks until they needed us. I remember responding to an incident where one of their SUV’s got hit by an ied. When we showed up they were arguing about how many and who were in the SUV that got hit which was burnt to the ground. They couldn’t control their emotions at all. Listening to this makes sense. They ALL had the same story. E5s in the Marines with 3-6 years experience pre GWOT.
I watch all his videos and his slightly caustic pessimism is a welcome change of alot of the the " PERFECT " This or That Firearm related equipment. Wheat from chaff .....
Damned awesome podcast Ryan!! I really hope that a documentary is made about this battle.
Was glad to see Safford not make the list
Been watching for a while. This one was so good and detailed that I'm officially a frogman after watching this 😂
Oscar “Jinx” survived, was in the hospital for 9 months, multiple surgeries and eventually made it into the Special Programs with me. Former Recon Marine. He’s on a detail in Dubai now. ABY
The lady killed in Hillah hated “Security guys” and used to berate us daily. She told us she was there to help the locals and didn’t need us. We were under no obligation to protect her as she was USAID, not DOS. She was killed at a fake check point with her local driver. They were shot in the back of the head and stuffed in a trunk. They were found by a Marine patrol a few days later.
Goldberg is a cop in TN now.
@@IRACK-mq6tf yes sir, agree with your assessment of USAID folks. She really did hate us for some reason. I don’t think she had a pistol or any weapon nor did her driver. BSR is a great course! I did BW, ISI and another one I cant seem to recall now. Getting old sucks. Lol.
@@RamadiTaxiDriver60M Back in 05’ I was on the USAID compound in the IZ talking to this Brit who was their security manager. You know how most of the IED’s went off in the mornings when convoys began to move and/or they were discovered? Well the Brit told me how one morning a USAID guy angrily called him on the phone complaining about the sound of IED’s and IDF detonating, “These explosions are really beginning to be disconcerting! Isn’t there something you can do about them!?” All I could say was, “Wowwwwww…………”
@@IRACK-mq6tf somehow that doesn’t surprise me…
"not even a fckin pistol to fckin shoot myself" that caught me off gaurd thats funny af
This guy is telling us just a small part of his life in the military and contracting for one reason, hes still alive. Hes not scared of bad guys and hes not fuckin scared to use the f bomb.
WOW! Speechless🔥
Hello Ryan @CombatStory, what's the helicopter poster behind you? Thanks!
Another great quote.
You better Check out the scenery or you will become part of the scenery.
Old age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.
Nice interview it will be nice if u interview former navy seal mike Walsh involved with the Phoenix project and his beef with demo dick !
Great video as always, glad this guy is an AmeriCan!
