      This may be a silly question.
      I know there's a max set per week for biceps at like 25. Now... My question is... Does that mean total bicep workouts or since i target the three heads separately(as best I can) would it be 25 sets max for each head?

    After working out for so long I feel like I don’t get that satisfying muscle soreness anymore. After doing the incline bench curls the other day I felt like my arms were going to explode and was sore as hell. Definitely recommend these!

    It's nearly 1 month since this video was made and I've did the waiter curls 3 times per week twice a week on pull days and then on my rest day but the results have been very impressive. Thanks Jeff

      ​@froggerjohn427 I can attest to this making a huge difference. I felt like it took a week to recover from some workouts the last time I got in shape, and all I did back then was protien. Now I keep up with both of these and I feel great *before* the third workout (/day)

    My personal favorite bicep exercise is doing cheat curls with a little bit lighter weight but add a chain on both ends of the bar that’s long enough to gather on the floor when my arms are down and be completely off the floor when at the top of the curl.

    Try the pull-up with your shoulders flexed. It’s like doing a seated biceps lat pull down curl. I did experience a little chest pain, so I may have to use an assistance band.

    Only time I get a burn with biceps is incline cable curls Super wide grip, and resistance bands, that’s it, everything else does shit for me, all my insane growth after years of pointless exercises, came primarily with bands, and I don’t know why

    I find the combination super annoying. I know you want to keep your hands externally rotated, but keeping the dumbell in my hands (on my fingers as shown by Jeff) gets harder than lifting the weight itself.
    I'm open for suggestions.
    I settled for doing a barbell curl on the bench at around 45 degrees, adding a superset with lighter dumbells to get the rotation in.

      If they hurt the next day, there growing. Also eat something like chips or something salty a few minutes before, I like Doritos. I also eat them during some workout, This will help your pump. This is the only time I eat salt.

      EliteBA 30 grip the door handle with a neutral grip, squeezing your hand to contract the forearm muscles. Pull the door by engaging with your lats while keeping your core tight, shoulder blades retracted and pulled down. Breath in while your pull the door and close it slowly for an effective concentric contraction.
      As a bonus you can pull on a locked door for a great isometric variation of this exercise.
