Excellent message. Knowing that higher vibrations exist as "non" matter and that higher "loving" thoughts exist at gamma wave/ higher vibrations, puts more emphasis on the concept that "love can change the world" because love thought is resonating at a level higher than matter. I have had many images come to me during meditation that put concepts into perspective that ive struggled with understanding for years. One of those being how order and chaos affect each and every one of us. And how I was unaware that I was attempted to box chaos in and control it in my own life. Creating a kind of "Pandoras box" . Every person i know personally has done this automatically and unknowingly. Once I understood it, I set my chaos free.

I am not sure there are “good” vibrations Vs. “bad” vibrations. It is like saying rather Ionic mode in music theory is good and the Aeolian mode is bad. The entire spectrum of human emotion should be experienced and embraced. The repression of “negative” emotions can create more dissonance than allowing their expression. It is tricky, but the Ego choosing love in its clunky way for spiritual gain can make you hateful. Beware new religions where Denial is enshrined as a holy practice! Simply observe, without judgement and FLOW.

Nothing more than a man made way to describe differences. For instance positive and negative, light and dark, good and bad, etc. As a mystic you are generally taught this during the entry into initiation. Even entities (if you believe in them) are stated as neither good nor bad, instead man made terms are used to describe certain things associated.
Lower vibrational states, if one becomes attached to them and does not seek to understand them , keep people in negative emotional cycles that attract negative circumstances in their life. However, if one sees negative vibrational states as catalysts and lessons to help them achieve higher vibrational states, for example, viewing anger as a lesson in patience, hatred as a lesson in cultivating love, then lower vibrational states actually become good in a sense. Everything we experience in our lives can be viewed as a tool the universe has given us to refine ourselves into our highest vibration. So you're absolutely right that there aren't "good" or "bad" vibration. I think the part of the video that says that higher vibrations can absorb and elevate lower vibrations is very applicable here. They're all just vibrations, waves along a journey back to the source, back to eternal love. ❤
I wouldn't see emotions such as anger or hatred as modes that are interchangeable with emotions such as compassion and joy until I was absolutely sure that anger and hatred had no further purchase or hold on me or my actions. I'm not there, may never be. As davidagiel says, it's not about repression but examination, ownership and application of the antidote. It's never a one-shot wonder but a process. Anger damages, love comforts and soothes. It is the ego that chooses, ironically.
One really useful feature of low vibration emotions such as hatred or anger is that, thanks to their low frequency, they can be easily identified and changed. The highest vibration emotions, universal compassion and love, are present in us at all times, yet rarely perceived. The key is using your free will to work on your own emotions. Separate the emotion from its object, bring it onshore and work on it yourself. It is yours, yours alone and you therefore have total ownership over it and power to change it.

This was an excellent presentation of important concepts. One thing to recognize is that the narration itself expresses a vibration, for me, a rather authoritarian and monotonous tone with negative connotations. It might be a good idea to have several versions of this presentation so we can experience the information at different vibrations. For example, a woman’s voice, a child or young adult, a senior voice, and even a presentation with multiple narrators. I’m assuming this narration is AI so creating alternate versions should be extremely easy to produce.

@jameshall5400 We might feel like we're separate from everything else and while purposeful, we are not, and in the final analysis, we are not "real." It's not important to live this concept, but to visit with it every once in a while might be considered. There are no requirements.
I would say the goal and the requirement is to achieve consciousness and then stay conscious, surely which is the most difficult thing to do. Consciousness allows one to see the energy in its various forms which is vibrating and building the whole. So there for staying fully conscious is required to do actions that have a good impact on the whole otherwise we distract or disrupt the natural energy flow due to our unconscious actions. Therefore with Consciousness comes the understanding of the wholeness and that if we harm others we harm ourselves coz we’re all in the same boat.
Forgiveness is the big message here. Without true forgiveness, you cannot eliminate the ego and raise your inner vibration to achieve universal consciousness.
B.s all you need to do to raise vibrations is to give more energy to your positive desires, forgiving means you are focusing on PAST memories which are dead and gone

I wonder what frequency, and what note, the Ohm actually is? Does it require resonating rods in order for the Ohm chant to "effect" an object? If so, what placement of the rods is needed? Or does the placement depend on what actions are desired and expected? I watched a video that stated metal rods were placed along a path, and the rocks were levitated to a location that had been chosen. That gives me the idea that they were not placed in a circle all the time. The video did not state what the metal rods were, as to their makeup.
Consider this idea. And please bear with me I'm taking a, for me, deep dive here. Rather than a Big Bang consider the universe as a resonance point within an infinite energy field. An energy field defined by random quantum potential. There is no such thing as Time to this field. Got that concept? The representation of an initial bifurcation, order from chaos. Still with me? That scaffolding forms the basis of all that consciousnesses like our own see, experience and in fact are. It forms the basis of existence. To go with a Hermetic phrase, it is the All. Resonance and harmonics. Here's where it gets, to me, really interesting. Our knowledge, our understanding, it catches up with what philosophers have been saying for centuries. The recent Cosmological findings of a "Big Ring," a cosmically sized structure that's perplexing scientists, kind'a forces one to alter the way one thinks about everything we see, doesn't it? But the idea of resonance may be the key. Makes it more Hermetic in perspective. Intriguing discoveries like this one, the Big Ring, kind'a sort'a offers a proof, or at least possible credence, to the possibility that as above, so below and as below, so above. It's all a structure founded on resonance and harmonics. I don't have the math to formalize the idea but is this a nutty idea or not? To spring further off this presumption, The Big Ring’s shape, which scientists are saying on a cosmic scale appears to be cork-screw, could be a lower-dimensional projection of a higher-dimensional resonant wave. Imagine this 3D corkscrew form being just a “shadow” or manifestation of a 4D or 5D resonant structure. If the universe’s fabric allows for such resonant projections, these structures may appear to us as anomalous shapes, hinting at the presence of higher-dimensional oscillations. I wonder why it is that so many of us choose to vibrate in a low frequency ? Is it the horrible examples and dysfunctional programming, social engineering ? Is it that fear, hurt, anger, etc are the predominant forces that have captured us and in it's way (however this may be executed ?) finds us in our primal state of fight or flight and capitalizes upon it ? Is it due to our inability to actually care about others while we choose to sabotage others because we either lost or hate any particular individuals who don't agree with what we might propose to be the better way ? I am a type of Empath that I don't and will probably never understand. I feel things, possibly these "waves." They are so profoundly deep that it baffles as to where they come from. If I could articulate better I would, but I just don't know how to or have the words to due to my limited mental abilities. Sometimes I wish that I knew far far more but mostly I believe that it's far better that I don't. No doubt that I would appear far more insane compared to the insanity that I do display.

You know of those places where there are cavities cut from rock. Big enough for someone to merely sit or lie inside? They always associate them with some sort of worship but I've always thought, had a hunch that they're actually for the vibration properties of the stone cavity itself and the effects it may have on the body, or just merely the spirit. Moreover, add a hot rock and steam combined with ones own vibrations...clears one of congestion.

Good stuff except for one thing... the "observer" in quantum physics is not a conscious observer. It literally refers to anything that receives energy or change from another source. So the electron that absorbs a light wave is an "observer" in that case. It has NOTHING to do with the conscious mind when it comes to quantum physics.

So, all of this is super interesting, though the video only cites a few people/orgs repetitively, one of which, the HeartMath Institute, for its study on the heart's electromagnetic field, amongst others. The paper is available for free on ResearchGate, but the journal connected with its publication, The Neuropsychotherapist, is defunct, having only one publication issue. I see no evidence that this study was actually peer-reviewed, which is *highly* problematic for disseminating this type of work as 'scientific'. The connections between ancient Hermeticism and current Quantum Theory are known, for sure, which suggests there are multiple pathways to the same enlightenment, which, again, has been known for some time. While it's easy to attach ourselves to videos like this because they say what resonates within us, let us continue to not fall victim to confirmation bias. The unfortunate truth, whether we want to hear it or not, is that, yes, while the heart has a magnetic field larger than the brain (14nT vs 1.4*10-5, respectively), relying on one potentially non-peer-reviewed study for confirmation on the heart's magnetic field 'communicating' with the Earth's field seems like speaking waaaaaaay beyond the data, if the data are accurate at all. All of this is to say that I'd like to see a more grounded approach from videos like this to stick to what we know, and do a bit more due diligence with the cited sources. For example, the Sheldrake citation was great, as he's known for his work in quantum consciousness.

This was an excellent presentation of important concepts. One thing to recognize is that the narration itself expresses a vibration, for me, a rather authoritarian and monotonous tone with negative connotations. It might be a good idea to have several versions of this presentation so we can experience the information at different vibrations. For example, a woman’s voice, a child or young adult, a senior voice, and even a presentation with multiple narrators. I’m assuming this narration is AI so creating alternate versions should be extremely easy to produce.

I would say the goal and the requirement is to achieve consciousness and then stay conscious, surely which is the most difficult thing to do. Consciousness allows one to see the energy in its various forms which is vibrating and building the whole. So there for staying fully conscious is required to do actions that have a good impact on the whole otherwise we distract or disrupt the natural energy flow due to our unconscious actions. Therefore with Consciousness comes the understanding of the wholeness and that if we harm others we harm ourselves coz we’re all in the same boat.

Consider this idea. And please bear with me I'm taking a, for me, deep dive here. Rather than a Big Bang consider the universe as a resonance point within an infinite energy field. An energy field defined by random quantum potential. There is no such thing as Time to this field. Got that concept?
Okay, then is it possible that the Planck length, an initial incremental aspect to light, represents an island of stability in this sea of infinite potential? In effect the big bang isn't so much an explosion as it is an emergent point of resonance in that infinite field. A standing wave that arises from the random quantum collisions, and which becomes stable. An island of stability. Or if you will, the Universe is a fractal. The representation of an initial bifurcation, order from chaos. Still with me?
In that moment when the island emerges from that infinite quantum field the resonance goes recursively scalar and from this Time emerges. All structure - scalar harmonic resonances - is built as a structural scaffold erected by Time. Resonance and harmonics. Here's where it gets, to me, really interesting. Our knowledge, our understanding, it catches up with what philosophers have been saying for centuries. The recent Cosmological findings of a "Big Ring," a cosmically sized structure that's perplexing scientists, kind'a forces one to alter the way one thinks about everything we see, doesn't it?
But the idea of resonance may be the key. Makes it more Hermetic in perspective. Imagine this 3D corkscrew form being just a “shadow” or manifestation of a 4D or 5D resonant structure. If the universe’s fabric allows for such resonant projections, these structures may appear to us as anomalous shapes, hinting at the presence of higher-dimensional oscillations.
Such a projection could also mean that certain regions of the universe are more sensitive to these resonant effects, which in turn shapes matter distribution in ways that seem impossible under a standard 3D or isotropic model. This "big ring" could represent a resonant standing wave. It could be that resonant structures are indeed fundamental in shaping the universe. IDK how it was released 2 days ago when I've seen it in my feed for like a week.
I wonder why it is that so many of us choose to vibrate in a low frequency ? Is it the horrible examples and dysfunctional programming, social engineering ? Is it that fear, hurt, anger, etc are the predominant forces that have captured us and in it's way (however this may be executed ?) finds us in our primal state of fight or flight and capitalizes upon it ? I see no evidence that this study was actually peer-reviewed, which is *highly* problematic for disseminating this type of work as 'scientific'.
The connections between ancient Hermeticism and current Quantum Theory are known, for sure, which suggests there are multiple pathways to the same enlightenment, which, again, has been known for some time.
While it's easy to attach ourselves to videos like this because they say what resonates within us, let us continue to not fall victim to confirmation bias. The unfortunate truth, whether we want to hear it or not, is that, yes, while the heart has a magnetic field larger than the brain (14nT vs 1.4*10-5, respectively), relying on one potentially non-peer-reviewed study for confirmation on the heart's magnetic field 'communicating' with the Earth's field seems like speaking waaaaaaay beyond the data, if the data are accurate at all.
