Hi sis thanks for the question actually your lumispa needs a replacement already if that’s the case, for you to do that your lumispa must be under warranty so they can change it right away. You may send an email to our Service Center at nsphservicecenter@nuskin.com with the subject format First & Last Name. PHID (if any), Device (Example: John Doe, PH1234567, EcoSphere) and kindly include the following requirements: 1. Copy of Sales Invoice Sales invoice must contain: - Name of Customer - Order No. - Batch No. Of Device 2. Photo of the Serial/Batch Number of the Unit (Kindly see photos below on where to find the Serial/Batch No. Of your device) 3. Valid ID 4. Detailed description of the concern/complaint 5. Video portraying the presumed defect Please note of our schedule: Mondays-Fridays from 10AM to 4PM.
Hi! I havent used my lumispa in more than a year but it was in my bathroom lang the whole time. I charged it today and tried using it pro ung vibration nya sa first is mejo harsh tapos it stops on its own.

It will not re-set:( It just keeps doing the 10 beep thing… The head isn’t even on it when it does the 10 beeps… Thank You! Please let me know if you have any other ideas!
If may kakilala ka na may lumispa try monicharge sa charger mo and then kapag di rin nagccharge bili kana lang bago charger or ask the customer service to change it for u kung bago bili pa lang

My Lumispa beeps 10 times then shuts off; it is fully charged. Any ideas?

The black little hook inside that holds the head keeps breaking. Like I’m on my third one because it always breaks
