You came into the leauge as a top3 AR and for your whole career you stayed there. You pretty much won in every tittle and got a ring. Your ceiling was extremely high while your off days was still good. You retired in your prime so we never got the chance to see you decline. Sam you're S tier.
Octane has 9 chips I think: 2 BO3, 1 IW, 1 WWII, 2 BO4, 2 VG, 1 MW2. In fact everyone from the BO4 100T roster has 8-9 chips now, with Enable also being the only one without a Ring.
