for those of you who have NEVER smelt a durian, Chef Alvin isn't kidding! while its a tasty fruit. PEEE-YEW It stinks! Like it smells so bad! But it is used in many dishes in korean countires, singapore LOVES Durain. get past the smell and its actually quite tasty

What temperature did she cook it on?
Yep. It's basically dove, which is a wild game bird. All dark meat, but not near as rich as dark meat chicken or turkey. Take the breast, wrap it in a slice of bacon, put a toothpick through to hold it together, and roast those suckers in the oven.
The rest I would use in a stock like one contestant did. Not enough meat on the bone to be worth the the effort otherwise.
They used to be kept as livestock animals. I know in the eastern US you can still find old structures that used to house pigeons.
