I like the judges, but at times they let that Canadian chill flow a little too much and the show could get boring. Don’t get me wrong though I totally dig our Northern neighbors in Canada. We could use some of that mellow vibe here in the States

I'm a very solid Chef. And I never can get over these so called "home cooks" and the food that comes out while under immense pressure. For me, it's absolutely inspiring when I have a bad day in my kitchen.

It hits even harder because his Chicken breasts was the best. Anyone in his position would've felt extremely relieved that they got one of the elements perfect. To be fair, that chicken thigh really did looked cook, even Claudio only confirmed it was raw after he already cut into it.

I would have loved to see Michael lasts a bit longer in the show (maybe top 5 or 4). He's got that drip, that respectable moustache, and a cool vibe in general.

@@KillerGothChick Yeaa, been binging all the different Master Chef episodes and compilations, while i love the vibes of MCA, i love the marriage of both competition and chill vibes in MCC. Genuine, good spirited competition, especially Eric and Kaila's rivalry/camaraderie.
Australia is better than both.

I would have dumped 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in the oil first, to 'season' the new oil and to check for doneness. Everyone knows used oil taste best for fried chicken.

Anyone ever wonder why the chefs either don’t taste the sauce or taste the sauce and the food separately? Like the sauce isn’t for decoration.

What if Claudio never tried the chicken leg (just the breast)? So he would've never found the chicken being raw. This would make the judges think the whole of his chicken was cooked.
Maybe this would've altered the judgement? Maybe a wrong person could've been sent home? What if the crew found his chicken being raw after filming, would they call in the eliminated and re-film Michael being out?
Like how would this scenario turn out?

Lumpy mashed potatoes are a preference not a mistake. It always makes me laugh when chefs get mad over a few lumps. Some people like a lumpy mash. As long as it isn’t out of control they shouldn’t care.
