Baked Eggplant with Cheddar Cheese

Materials
3 eggplants
3 small onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
3 green peppers
3 tomatoes
2 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of olive oil 50 ml
150 g fresh cheddar
Let's peel the edges of the eggplants and cut them in half, draw the inside of the eggplants, salt and oil the eggplants inside and out. Cook in a 200 C oven until the eggplants are soft.
Stuff the eggplants, grate the cheddar on top, return them to the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
