One of my top 3 of all time. I don't think it's a skin enhancer like Another 13 or Rose 31 is, to me this projects and is clearly a perfume. I also don't think it's feminine, I get masculine leaning. I get something very romantic and not sexual. The animal musk notes don't smell particularly animalic. Everyone gets something different from this one because it is good. It's a masterpiece but is polarizing and not blind buy safe. Definitely worth trying. Great video! Relatable, interesting, and to the point.
It’s unisex, always was. He mentions it being for men too. But yeah, they mention female 2 times more. On fragrantica votes say far more on unisex and the second being for men. Then at number 3 for women… So the public speaks
They should of left their original alone, it’s just boring cinnamon with hardly any detectable musk now. I own both and it’s meh now. For something touted as super sensual and such I think this one falls flat and far beyond any such claim, it’s ok but that’s about it , a masterpiece I think not, maybe it was a masterpiece before reformulation but now it’s super boring to my nose. I wish they would of left it untouched because the companies always ruin a good thing especially when it takes word awhile to travel about niche fragrances and such and by the time certain people can afford it or even find it , they REFORMULATED it and then what you just bought that you thought was the original that everyone spoke about is nothing more then a mediocre version of what it once was, sad.
I must agree. A perfumer tends to change the old, and perfect formulation when their creation got hype. Idk what is the point to do that, and i'm hating the reason to do reformulation for "modern" mass pleasing.
I was going to buy it, got a sample from their website and it seemed watered down. Completely different from the descriptions. Why can't they leave a good thing alone? And no, it's not just because of regulations. That's not the reason.

Sadly, this is true. Tested it recently and I could have cried, it was so weak. Nothing "Ravageur" about it.
