A preacher like this visited the church I use to attend several years ago...he laid the truth down and the host pastor wouldn't allow the message to be distributed and even told the members that preacher would not be invited back. By the Holy Spirit's direction, I left that church.

When he got to the end and talked about giving up those Greek societies and brought up the example of Paul, his pedigree and his sacrificing it and walking away from it, even to the point of changing his name (the significance of which I finally understood from this sermon!), for the glory of God, IIIIIII dropped the mic! Our Bishop is truly a man of God and we are blessed to have him over us! Trust when I say, we are NOT a quiet church! A preacher like this visited the church I use to attend several years ago...he laid the truth down and the host pastor wouldn't allow the message to be distributed and even told the members that preacher would not be invited back. By the Holy Spirit's direction, I left that church.

The best sermon I've heard him preach yet! He left no stone unturned! When he got to the end and talked about giving up those Greek societies and brought up the example of Paul, his pedigree and his sacrificing it and walking away from it, even to the point of changing his name (the significance of which I finally understood from this sermon!), for the glory of God, IIIIIII dropped the mic! Fred G. Sanford, we sit quietly because we are used to sound doctrine and Holy Ghost preaching every Sunday and sound teaching every Thursday! This isn't new to us! We sit and soak it all in. Our Bishop is truly a man of God and we are blessed to have him over us! Trust when I say, we are NOT a quiet church! Everything should be done decently and in order, and while the Word is going forth we need to hear it!
