I love how Lalo is being more himself around the camera 😂, his stories make me laugh. So it’s every Mexican mom who makes caldos on a hot day then 😂😅
I LOVE your channel. This is NOT a criticism, just a comment. As a nutritionist I know the Knorr taste wonderful and makes everything taste fantastic but it can cause headaches and other issues for people who are sensitive to MSG. Don't want people to pile hate on me - I am just saying what I have learned over the years. I now use organic chicken broth instead and use a bit more salt. I am a chicana....just trying to help people who get strange headaches.
This reminds me when I was little playing at the park or with my neighbors no cell phones or tablets existed the most beautiful times ever I'm so glad that your kids have this type of life .

Mexico is beautiful. I’m glad you and your family we enjoying your life there. My mother n law tells me beautiful stories about her life on the Rancho. Easier more family oriented life than living in L.A.

I learned how to make albondigas soup from my polish grandma from Detroit and not my other Grandma whose mother was born in Mexico I'm not sure how that happened but you make me want to make albondigas soup tomorrow

Meatballs with rice mixed in cooked in a tomatoe gravy… we called them porcupine meatballs. Yum!
Its an allmost clear broth, not thick like a gravy

I’m Hispanic I live in Michigan and live in a trailer and trailers are like ovens on a hot day and I make soup allot along with making flour tortillas I’m dying of the heat even when my Air conditioner is on it’s just awful and my grown kids complain about eating soup on hot days but they love to eat it, the good thing was you were making the soup outside, your soup looked great makes me want to make it tomorrow the weather it’s not that bad this week.

Add a green tomatillo and some mint very small diced into your meat, you will love the taste.
My grandmother would put a little spearmint(Yerba buena), kicks it up a notch.

Looks delicious. I usually chop cilantro into the meat plus add salt, pepper, garlic etc.. I drop the meatballs into the water first and after it’s boiling for about 5 minutes I skim the fat off the top then put in the veggies. The quesadillas took it to another level. Still too hot here 116 degree yesterday pero yo quiero. Pipi is so cute.🙏🏽❤️

I have never seen where I was born but my other family members have and the photos and videos they share are so nice it looked like yours. I am from Zacatecas only about 2 hrs from Guadalajara. I went to my brother-in-law's town in Zacatecas and it looks exactly like yours in the morning we get woken up by horses, and cows coming down the street. Loved it.
