They just like allow anyone to come up on the stage to dance even sometimes little kids dance on the stage too lol because dangdut is familiar with dancing. When you hear it you want to move your body right? And maybe because they have this tradition of 'sawer' which is like giving tips to the singer, or sometimes the musicians on the stage. Thats why.
