No. It's the other way around. You talk to a mechanic that knows the best selling spare parts and then create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Alibaba. The vendors will suggest other spare parts for you based on their past transactions with other customers.

The bit that isn't clear is how to consolidate orders from more than one supplier and should the shipping be arranged using an agent local to me or from the supplier country?
If you are trying order from multiple suppliers, you will be issued multiple quotes which you will pay separately. If you are sending a container, talk to one of the Vendors and they will connect you to a Shipping company. At that point, you will then ask all the other suppliers to ship your goods to the Vendor's warehouse where the container will be loaded. My main Supplier (www.hightoppoultry.com) does this to me all the time.

My suggestion will be to setup a US base Alibaba account. Then find out specifications from local technicians. Search for the tractor using those specifications and send your own container. You will save more by sending a 20ft container. MAKE SURE YOU PAY USING ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE.

You basically find a supplier/vendor that will handle your goods. Most of the vendors are willing to accept items from other suppliers and keep them in their warehouse as long as you will buy most of the items in the container from them. I use High Top Poultry Farm Equipments located in Hebei, China (www.hightoppoultry.com). They will even order my item and pay. Then invoice me to pay them back using Alibaba. Remember, I've been doing business with them for long. That's how I was able to build that trust. I will recommend you do the same.

No. It's the other way around. You talk to a mechanic that knows the best selling spare parts and then create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Alibaba. The vendors will suggest other spare parts for you based on their past transactions with other customers.

The bit that isn't clear is how to consolidate orders from more than one supplier and should the shipping be arranged using an agent local to me or from the supplier country?
If you are trying order from multiple suppliers, you will be issued multiple quotes which you will pay separately. If you are sending a container, talk to one of the Vendors and they will connect you to a Shipping company. At that point, you will then ask all the other suppliers to ship your goods to the Vendor's warehouse where the container will be loaded. My main Supplier (www.hightoppoultry.com) does this to me all the time.

My suggestion will be to setup a US base Alibaba account. Then find out specifications from local technicians. Search for the tractor using those specifications and send your own container. You will save more by sending a 20ft container. MAKE SURE YOU PAY USING ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE.

How do you use your own container when you buy equipments from different suppliers to get it shiped in one container.
You basically find a supplier/vendor that will handle your goods. Most of the vendors are willing to accept items from other suppliers and keep them in their warehouse as long as you will buy most of the items in the container from them. I use High Top Poultry Farm Equipments located in Hebei, China (www.hightoppoultry.com). They will even order my item and pay. Then invoice me to pay them back using Alibaba. Remember, I've been doing business with them for long. That's how I was able to build that trust. I will recommend you do the same.

That's the challenge almost every hatchery is facing in Cameroon. Local Suppliers are so unreliable. So my advise will be to source your Fertilize eggs from the Netherlands, Turkey or Brazil using Alibaba.
