    I am glad to have found your video! I just took my CISA exam online on Saturday, and failed. I spent 4 months studying with the CISA Review Manual, Linkedin Learning courses, and even took my local ISACA chapter study class two weeks ago. Yes, the contents are dry, but I am an IS Auditor with about 3 years of experience so this has helped solidify my knowledge. I obviously wont get my results right away but I am hoping I was close to passing like you. I felt exactly how you did, got more confident over the exam. I should've taken my allotted break, reviewed my answers and seen if that made any difference. Also very shocked that all of the prep wasn't enough, but a lot of the questions were very different from what I studied. Its definitely more about the ISACA/IS Auditor mindset. Hope to see a video of you passing it! ~Cristina

      I hope you ended up passing. I can't even get passed A plus yet lol. I failed today and feel defeated. I have zero experience. WGU doesn't actually have instructors rather, it is links to materials / resources you go over yourself. Not sure what I do yet but maybe try a different field.

    This is how I've felt about ITIL not my cup of tea but it's on the road map. Thank you for continuing to share your journey regardless of the outcomes.

      ITIL wasn't my cup of tea either. It's one of the few certifications that I'm probably not going to renew once it expires.

    Love your courage and being vulnerable. You got this! Can't wait for your next video where you will come and tell us you PASSED the CompTIA CASP certification. Also wishing you the best in your Masters program. I bet you changed your mind on going for MSCSIA

      Thanks. I'm going for the MBA ITM in August, but it's possible that I might do the MSCSIA in the future.

    Highly recommend the Pluralsight course with Kevin Henry and the Boson Practice test for CISA. Ill never pay for the QAE. I have CISSP, CISM, and CISA.

      @@CameronEvolvedwhat certs do you have? I keep trying to figure it out in the background.

    • @CameronEvolved
      @CameronEvolved  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@krisg900 The top row are old Microsoft certs and ITIL v3. Middle row is a stackable CompTIA cert (CSIS), CISM, Pentest+, CISSP, and eJPT. Bottom row is CCNA CyperOps, an old Microsoft Office cert, and my WGU BSCSIA degree. I constantly add and remove certs from my wall though, so you'll probably see them change over time. Since I made this video, I added CRISC, CASP+, and the PMP, but also removed some of the certs I don't care about anymore.

    • @CameronEvolved
      @CameronEvolved  ปีที่แล้ว

      The spreadsheet I created to track my progress with my Bachelors degree? The degree was updated to a new version, so the courses listed in my spreadsheet (including the Sophia stuff) is no longer accurate. Josh Madakor's spreadsheet would be the most up to date.
